https://www.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/index.html doesn't have the July 2018 rankings. Normally they would be released by this time of day.
Maybe they are reworking the format? Or maybe they are having a hard time calculating? They have not updated the points calculations yet. Their webmaster may be having a bad day.

Sounds like they're skipping the July rankings. They probably are going to change their formula so they don't have Germany #1 after the World Cup.
Here are the Top 10 in CONCACAF in the August 2018 FIFA Rankings: 16. Mexico (down 1) 22. USA (up 3) 32. Costa Rica (down 9) 54. Jamaica (even) 61. Honduras (up 1) 69. Panama (down 14) 72. El Salvador (even) 79. Canada (even) 81. Curacao (even) 91. Trinidad and Tobago (even) Teams do not have their points changed if they don't play. Every CONCACAF team below Panama has the same ranking as before. The teams who used to have 0 points now have 868. Anguilla, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos Islands are the CONCACAF teams with 868. USA has their highest ranking since they were 22nd in September 2016.
Mexico and the US would have done really well when you apply the new formula from June 2014 onward. Mexico would be 10th and the US 15th.
Here's what happens when I spend way too long programming up the ability to calculate the new FIFA rankings as of today. Obviously nothing has changed since the only matches since the rankings updated were Guatemala beating Cuba and Jamaica smacking Grenada. These results gave about ~1 ranking point to the victors. So...nothing changed. But I'll post these after rounds of Nations League qualifying where things will be a little more interesting. The CONCACAF Ranking Index is updated to yesterday (October 1) https://www.concacaf.com/en/rankings/mens-national-team Have they been updating this regularly since they first came out in March? Is it updated in real-time? I'm not sure I've looked since March!
What I don't understand about that CONCACAF rankings page is this: Yes, French Guiana, Guadeloupe and Martinique are all overseas departments of France, but they all have their own unique flags. So why use the French flag?
I know, every time I see the French Tricolour I get very annoyed. They're not representing metropolitan France nor the French national team.
Does Saint Martin have it's own flag? The Dutch side, Sint Maarten has it's own flag, but I can't seem to any unique flag for Saint Martin.

Trinidad and Tobago (down 3) El Salvador has a higher exact value than Panama, but teams that are tied when rounded to the nearest whole number are listed tied. Canada's ranking of 76th is their best since they were 68th in March 2013.
Turks and Caicos Islands has sole possession of 211th, which is last. With the old rankings there was a tie with 0 points.

I didn't post December 2018 here, and only 6 Concacaf teams changes positions then. There weren't rankings in January, and there won't be in March. February is the first of eight rankings this year. When national teams don't play, FIFA will skip months. USA, Costa Rica, and Panama were the only countries who had their points change. All other ranking changes are because of teams in other confederations. Here are in Top 10 in Concacaf in the February 2019 FIFA Rankings: 17. Mexico (even) 25. USA (even) 37. Costa Rica (down 1) 54. Concacaf teams have a mean rank of 139.5. 14 teams, which is exactly 40 percent, are better than the mean. For all teams, the mean of the numbers from 1 to 211 is 106, but the mean rank is a little lower because there are ties.

The mean rank for Concacaf is 139.71. That's worse than Africa's 111.61 and Asia's 125.24.
