If we had qualified, Mesa would still be here and so would his 20th century relegation battling football. I'm almost happy we didn't qualify just so that we don't have to watch any more of that. We're better off now with Robi. Hopefully we'll make it for Euro 2020.

Guys for the next world cup which of our current top players do you think will still be playing for national team if we qualified.

    Dzeko 32 - 36
    Pjanic 28 - 32
    Visca 28 - 32
    Besic 25 - 29
    Kolasinac 25 - 29
    Vranjes 28 - 32
    Begovic 31 - 35

I really hope Dzeko plays until 36 did he say anything publicly about when he thinks he ll retire

He'll definitely play at 36. How many minutes, who knows.

I remember him saying he wants to play for a long while, while his body is still good.

Heart breaker for Japan, losing 3-2 after being up two goals.

Cruel game for Japan but hats off to their performance today. Despite being up by two goals they did not retreat into a bunker but played an offensive game and created more chances. Impressive mentality.

Seeing Modric, Rakitic, Mandzukic, and Subasic leave every last bit of sweat and use every last working muscle in their body to drag their team to the finish line in what probably is their final chance at a major finals makes me hope that our 'zvijezde' will follow suit and do the same. It's not as if Dzeko, Pjanic, Begovic, etc. have many chances left to play in these tournaments. I hope they scratch and claw for everything the same way our neighbors are doing right now in Russia.

I could see all those players still getting call ups but Visca being reduced to a super sub role. Dzeko might be similar as well but I think he has enough ability to make up for his older age. No reason Pjanic can replicate what Modric is doing at 32 because he has similar quality. The others at 29 are not too old. We better have a Begovic replacement and there is some promise there, Begovic should come as the 2nd or 3rd keeper.

Yeah i'm really excited for them even though France will be crazy difficult. It's made up perfectly, almost like an all star team.

This has been my least favorite world cup I've watched overall. Quality of play seemed way down to me.

Giroud went entire tournament without a shot on target and France still won it all somehow lol and they used a 1 striker formation too for the tournament :D the 2006 world cup had the most quality players in my opinion

2006 is still my favorite because it was the first one I could remember (2002 I watched a bit, but I was too young), it had several legendary players everyone is still fond of today, and I spent half of it in Bosnia and half of it here.

But quality wise, that was actually the worst of the last 4 WCs. People need to go back and watch those games if they don't agree otherwise.

I'd rate it 2014 > 2018 > 2010 > 2006 out of the 4 I've seen so far. This one was fun, but it lacked in quality with the big teams going out early or not qualifying.

The almost month head start that the Germans got in restarting their league over Spain showed so much as Leipzig and Bayern beat Atletico and Barcelona.

Got to piss off a lot of Americans that the greatest thing to ever come out of the MLS is a Canadian (Alphonso Davies).

Feel like this is one the least exciting champions league final, imo anyway. Covid has ruined this season. anyway, would be interesting to see PSG win their first CL final.

In terms of matchup wise it could be a great final with plenty of goals. But the lack of atmosphere will suck for sure.

I hope Youssoufa Moukoko is as good as he seems. Messi and Ronaldo are nearing retirement, need someone to take their place.

For a just turned 16-year old he is physically there and has not looked out of place much at all in the games he has played. But he definitely shows traits of a just turned 16 year old with respect to his touch and passing which was to be expected and will improve with experience. Dortmund is also the perfect club for his development as well.

David Alaba rumored to be leaving Bayern for Real Madrid. Would love to see @Nermin Kolašinac reaction if he was still here.

Ozil actually sticking to his word and signing for one of his childhood favorite clubs. Joined Fenerbache.
