No yeot artillery bombardment, but should be told to hire a good foreign coach. Also, no more wrong-footed crap, it slows everything down.

STY massively wrong tactics agaisnt SWE pisses me off even more after this win versus GER. This win was all on the players. The only thing I’ll give to STY this tournament is playing the right keeper.

No way. Shin Tae-Yong needs to stay for 4 more years. How else are we going to have emotional rollercoaster like this?

STY will get a 4 year contract extension for beating Germany. Pretty obvious if you ask me.

I read a Guardian article where STY got all excited when it was mentioned he resembled Löw physically. How more pathetic can you get ...

As much I am happy about the win I am devastated this might mean 4 more years of this idiot. Sweden was too tall, the weather was too hot for Mexico, secret tricks. FFS.

Sadly, I think this is a case of winning the battle but losing the war.

STY will stay because of this result.

I would bet good money that he stays at least until the Asian Cup.

I think we forget how awful the KFA is

I don’t think anyone here disagrees, but with this win there’s going to be a lot less pressure on the KFA to do anything, and they like STY.

Why are we settling for the cheap, counterfeit knock off.

    Lets get the real thing.

Low isn't a great NT manager. GER's been successful in spite of him, not because of him.

Kinda like how KNT won today in spite of STY, not because of him.

His subs show he wanted a draw.

We need to embrace ppung. Because with our talent pool, a defensive 442 counterattack style is the most obvious fit. But we need to be aggressive with our tempo or it's for naught.

Ppung has a bad connotation with KNT fans but it's what works against top competition where we're the underdogs, over our technically poor players trying to build up play and looking for inch perfect passes around the box.

Hoofball/ppung also permits opposition defenses less time to get in blocks. A successful team must have players willing to take shots and cross the ball, limiting fruitless passes and dribbles. This should be told to SHM- he's guilty of overdribbling. A single-minded devotion to the objective of getting shots at goal should be the guiding thought behind KNT tactics.

Pass is only the means to get into a chance. When the first clear chance to shoot shows, FIRE!

We would have advanced to the next round with a mediocre manager.

    STY was just abysmal.

Have STY take a coaching study-abroad program. Exile him. Let him study.

Meanwhile, get someone like Phillip Cocu please.

If we are going to keep STY at least get to the round of 16 ffs. We get eliminated and get stuck with this guy for another 4 years.
