Whatever happened to our Colombia+Serbia performances I wonder? Shit just vanished outta thin air, and we reverted back to the Stielike era.

This is why we to start Son Heungmin, Koo Jacheol, Lee Jaesung, Lee Seungwoo, and Ki Sungyung.

Add Ji Dongwon and Suk Hyunjun.
Test out Kim Bokyung (properly), Oh Jaesuk, Kim Minhyeok, Hwang Seokho, Gu Sungyun and Nam Taehee.
    Dumbass STY.

just how bad is our team's conditioning?

KSY looked lethargic af out there and idk if that's just him being him or poor conditioning

Honestly I'm starting to question Grande. What has he contribute so far?

fitness seem like a huge negative for us. we also have zero creativity, and KSY just didn't seem to care much and on autopilot.

did STY have comparable prep time as HMB? because in hindsight we tend to forgive HMB for sticking with the guys he knows with his limited time.

hate the managers all you want, but the root of the rot is the KFA. players somewhat know this and aren't buying in 1000% percent as NT fans would expect them to.

STY wanted this job while HMB was forced to take that job. STY worked extensively with KFA throughout the years he should be acquainted with the team unlike HMB.

our 2002 team was all conditioning and should be the core of our philosophy- high pressing and high-tempo counter attacks.

Start LSW in every match. Knt has nothing to lose. Give LSW lots of WC xp.

Shin Tae-yong seriously needs to stop with this entire squad rotation bullshit, GK substitution was absolutely unnecessary. Also, he says the injury of Kim Min-jae, Yeom Ki-hun, Kwon Chang-hoon, Lee Keun-ho, Kim Jin-su gave him no choice but to utilize the 3 back system, then why ignore the reserve list when we're gimped so bad? why even have a reserve list in the first place?

They never been tested or very little by STY so how do you they aren't better?
Who knows maybe after one game you might make up your mind and think they're better than our old selections.

The constant rotation and formation changes have completely robbed the players' confidences. The attackers are all selfish, the midfield cant pass and the defense... well they're lucky if they can get the ball away. No one runs and fights except for LSW. Players are high fiving with smiles on their faces after a 0-0 against the reserves of one of South America's weakest teams. And the manager still thinks he can beat Sweden...

Also he has played 3 at the back before all the injuries. Doesn't matter if it was senior team, u23 or u20.

That team had the luxury of training together for months tho, esp since they were the host nation... and not to mention that the caliber of defenders was 10x better than what we have today sadly

yeah honestly, 2002's 3rd centerback, Choi Jin Cheul, would be our best defender today...

Knt should’ve hired van Marwijk and let him coach via Skype... this is depressing.

Mexico and Germany are probably relieved now that they’ve seen the shambolic state of knt

Go to the Official 2018 Korea NT thread. Grande's ideas/thoughts =/= Shin Tae-yong's ideas/thoughts. Honestly, he held back a lot.
