All time low post count in MD thread? :(

I may be able watch the first 30 mins on airport wifi but then I'm up in the air.

"Up in the air" that's kind of how i feel about our future. I'm ready for change but trepidatious.

I just hope there aren't any #wengerout dicks in the crowd today making themselves seen or heard.

    RESPECT

Blessedly I'll be in church during this match. After Thursday I don't know if I'm ready for this right now, and am really sorry the last home match wasn't a week or two later because I do feel the fans will still be riddled with disappointment and frustration. Hard to switch so quickly from "Mercy!" to "Merci."

The crowd today will be firmly in the respectful camp. We are saying goodbye to Arsene, Per, and Vic Akers.

It's also the last home game of the season, and a chance to say goodbye to some players who might not be here next season.

I'm also nervous about the future, but I would be lying if I said I wasn't excited.

Must be nice to get a huge raise and work less.

I wouldn't count on that. CNBC seems to have a pretty tight end time.

I suspect it may be more "highlights" on their NBCSN studio show.

I'm just about to fly. Caught last 25mins of 1T on my phone. Think I heard little bit of the Wenger song. A win should enable more of that in 2T.

It's been a great game to send everyone off with. Too bad we couldn't have done this against Madrid.

I'm probably just being overly optimistic based on the emotion of today, but I really do feel like their is a platform for success already here.

My hope is that the new boss can come in, make a few key signings to strengthen us, get us playing in a good system, fix some of those mistakes from this season and push us on.

If the new manager can figure out how to set us up we have one of the three best attacks in this league.

Good day so far. Arsene got a good home send off, team played well, Mavropanos seems to be legit (only two games I know)...

Now watching Barcelona lead that primadonna Ronaldo early although Ray Hudson is making it tremendously difficult to watch ugh.

#MerciArsene Thank you for your three championships, your 7 FA Cups, including TWO doubles (1997-98 and 2001-02) and of course our INVINCIBLE season in 2003-04, P38 W26 D12 L0, there may be other managers, but the measuring stick for all that is class and grace along with success, is indeed The One And Only Arsene Wenger!!! MERCI!!!

I just checked eBay and already less than 12 hours after Arsene Wenger's last home match, half of those "Merci Arsene" T-Shirts and sealed matchday programs are already drawing fans hundreds of dollars (or pounds) just hours after getting them as SGA merchandise, so MAKE YOUR BEST BID COUNT!!! This will go alongside the gold O2 Arsenal jerseys from that FA Cup semifinal on April 13, 2003 as becoming THE most sought after Arsenal memorabilia.

Just watched the match, and am starting to watch the farewell ceremonies.

During the match I counted 6 times there was significant singing of "There's only one Arsene Wenger". Not bad. And the commentators pointed out that one time it was by the away supporters. That says something.

p.s. I also noticed they were singing songs for DB10 & PV4.. Could it be they were in the stands? Even with Denis's fear of air travel, and Paddy's having to manage a game in NJ <24hrs prior?
