A lot of our attackers have been in good form this season. Neymar and Jesus would be the two question marks given the injuries.

I forgot Argentina and Italy will play to a boring goalless draw

I've watched most of the Germany vs. Spain match so far. They didn't win the last 2 World Cups by accident, and 2014's debacle was a lapse Spain has already very well overcome. The Spaniards still have that toque de bola that made them the world's #1 between 2008 and 2012. As for the Germans, their ballhandling - chemistry-laden passing, no-look touches... it's enviable. Their equalizing goal was a work of art; they do it so flowingly it looks so easy.

These two, along with France, are the favorites in Russia. I peg Brazil right below them.

From what I saw so far, it's been very boring and it's also quite goalless at the moment.

Sick save from DDG just now.

Yeah Germany are looking solid. Spain good with the ball but suspect without it. Started the game good but slowly faded away.

2 of the best teams with regards to movement off the ball.

Isco just missed a great chance. And DDG with another spectacular save.

This is a really good game.

Not sure about France. They have talent, but seem badly coached. Very erratic results. They seem to be a dangerous team on the counter though.

Alisson was shaky but I don’t fault him for any goals. Ederson might be at fault for the first one.

Funny that UEFA said that Barcelona will be charged about the little yellow balloons that flew on the field at the Nou Camp vs Roma!! Now I know that was a political statement and shouldn't be in football, but if Barca is going to be santioned then Liverpool better be fined and have to play a game or 2 behing closed doors or at a neutral stadium for what their fans did vs Man City!!

As shaky as Liverpool's defense is I wouldn't be surprised if Man City comes back and beat them on Tuesday!! I mean this isn't the Rafa Benitez Liverpool of old!!

Pretty much what youve been saying for years.

He had a couple good spells over the years. But he's just poor.

On a good note Firmino and Jesus scored. Good quality goals too. Firmino works his ass off.

Despite all the struggles of Argentina - they will be tough in the WC.... remember us in 2002 - we barely made it to the WC and ended up winning! They have the talent and the desire to win the WC!
