once again petitioning to keep all han kwangsong related stuff in north korean thread. recent events more than enough evidence that north korea is a completely different entity from south korea. pretending that he is our guy and one of us is straight up glory hunting
Dude. Who really cares about which thread we talk about him in. A lot of us aren't even South Korean. I just come to this forum to celebrate those with Korean heritage not South Korean citizenship necessarily. I don't care where we talk about this guy but don't need to move and be all political about it.
what a silly thing to say. when a stranger asks you north or south korean (a common question we are all asked) do you go on a lengthy explanation to say you are just of 'korean heritage'? no you disclose that you are of south korean background and thats where you end it. whether you identify yourself as a korean american, korean canadian, straight up korean, or a non korean, all of your cultural connect to korea is in south korea, not the peninsula. similarly this forum is very clearly for south koreans. the term korea is all that is right now, just a term we do not know this mans upbringing, we do not know the huddles he overcame, and we do not know the coaches and the programs he was raised in. neither do we know his favourite meals nor his dating experience. just about all things wed know about a player that is actually ours. stop trying to claim him
Even though when I think of "Korean" it is always regarding the South, I still never say South Korean.. I always say Korean but it's also because my grandfather & his siblings were born in the north but moved down to the south before the war.
lol at least half of the things said in the video, are completely incorrect. And by the way Choe was signed by Perugia and is now on loan at Olbia. So much for "not worth the risk"
Awesome coverage by Copa90 Also, this supports my claims that I made earlier on this thread that the regime would dip into his salary.
lol this was posted literally 3 posts above you and here's my answer: Factually incorrect coverage is not awesome coverage...
