Yes, AC Nagano Parceiro Ladies is in Division 1 of Nadeshiko League and has the exact same crest as San Diego Parceiro (except the name, of course). It's the club where Nadeshiko Japan's FW Kumi Yokoyama (if you ever heard of her) played for the last 3 or 4 seasons, before joining 1.FFC Frankfurt this year.

I am puzzled. How on earth a San Diego team borrows crest and name from a Japanese team? o_O

That's my same theory, although I have no idea how, at the moment.

If seems clear to me, though, that if San Diego Parceiro is a recent thing, it's them borrowing the name and crest from the Japanese team (by some kind of partnership, probably) and not the other way around.

Yes, it is. But the SD Zest club of the PDL, which remains under the LA Galaxy somehow, didn't get the Parceiro name. Confusing branding to me, since it's all (I think) the same club. Just different sections of it.
