it's not our champions league this year. nonetheless it'd be nice to win the cup again. we haven't won it since 2003, and it's probably our most realistic shot at a piece of hardware this season.

our draw isn't great as we drew verona in our first match and likely face inter in the next round if we progress. verona knocked out avellino in their first match and then beat chievo on penalties to get into the round of 16.

it will be interesting to see how we play this tomorrow because we play verona again on sunday in the league.

******** him and raiola. the curva is rarely wrong ( apart from that one ridiculous incident that will never be mentioned in this section )

i'm getting tired of it too. he hired a snake, and after the summer, he has no excuses left. no more of this cry baby bullshit. he either needs to fire raiola and commit to the club or be a man about it and accept that the fans are going to whistle him. no more crying like a bitch either way. he got my sympathy over the summer. not happening again.

Marco Storari was hurt in training and is out so Antonio Donnarumma , Gigi’s brother will start in goal for Milan against Inter in the coppa Italia derby.....

TBH playing Antonio is a good move even if Storari and Gigio weren't hurt. One to shut up the fans and second it will boost morale if he has a good game which up to now he's been doing very well.

The Gigio saga is a good example of why the policy of keeping players that want to leave is a bad idea.

From what little I recall of him , Antonio Donnarumma wasn’t a bad GK. He didn’t have many opportunities to play on bigger clubs and I don’t think he is as good as his little brother but I think he was or is decent enough to be a starter on most teams in the Serie A. With all due respect to Gigio , Perin and Scufett, I think too much is made out of how good they are and I think they are all a little overrated. Not because they aren’t good enough it’s just that I think the media is giving them all a lot of attention and importance because they are all young GK’s and are touted to be taking over for Buffon sooner or later. That is easier said than done though....

Gattuso received praise for putting in Patrick Cutrone who scored the game winner. I still think getting rid of Montella was a mistake but maybe this win could help Rino get the team back to winning.....

here's hoping for another win. i'd be happy with a 0-0 draw though. make the away leg doable at least.

biggest game of the year? a win or a scoring draw takes us through right? you've got to believe that nobody wants to play our milan at the moment. how long has it been since we could say that?

i love shootouts except when one of my teams is playing. that was intense. my dvr'd recording ended right after calhanoglu's shot. i had to find video of the final 2 on youtube, and of course, the title was lazio v. milan penalties 2018-2-28 (4-5). the result was ruined, but i was happy to see it. forza milan.
