One person we should definitely look into persuading to switch over. 20 year old CB Vahid Selimovic who has now finally broken into the Metz first team. https://www.transfermarkt.com/vahid-selimovic/leistungsdaten/spieler/351072 He has played for Serbia u19, but he's eligible to play for Bosnia.
so Who exactly are our current actual talents ? Simunovic,Burnic,Demirovic,Cavar,Milosevic ,Hodzic thats all
Lmao, someone on sportsport discovered this guy https://www.transfermarkt.de/muhammed-cham-saracevic/profil/spieler/422281 Some website lists him as a dual National with Bosnia
All the talents leaving FK Sarajevo for peanuts, as usual. Nedim Hadžić (18) & Demirel Veladžić (18) to Portugal (2nd league) - Leixões S.C. Said to have good relations with Benfica. Rijad Sadiku (18) signed for REM (Royal Excel Mouscron). Good country to go to as a youngster. Imad Rondić (18) went to Slavia Prague (2nd place; current champion) a few weeks ago. Already performing well in their recent friendlies.
Most of these guys haven't played much. Yet Sarajevo has made almost 1.5 million euros off this window. (Sales of Mihojevic, and the percentage they took from Cimirots transfer)
Girls called up for Bosnia-Herzegovina U16 women's national team and their coaching staff decided to learn sign language to help their deaf teammate Jovana Stevanović integrate into the team. Football!— Saša Ibrulj (@sasaibrulj) February 5, 2018
Zeljo u19 went up 1-0 against Atletico and lost 1-3 https://bih.ba/243497-juniori-zelje-nakon-preokreta-porazeni-od-atletico-madrida
Add Semir Smajlagić (19) to that list as well. Slovenian side NK Gorica signed him for a 3-year contract. Fee unknown. Never made an appeareance for the A-team. Total income: €820 000/1 640 000 KM (Hadžić, Sadiku, Veladžić & Ćataković). Feel like FK Sarajevo could get more out of this if they gave them more playing time, idk.
They pay these kids nothing so they play these has beens that who are making a lot more. And with so much turnover within the league, mangers are very hesitant to give kids a chance because they lose their job so quickly.
Kadusic immediately starting for Zrinjski after leaving Sarajevo. They beat Zeljo today and apparently Kadusic played really well. Go to see him starting, didn't always play much for Sarajevo, has a lot more potential than Darko Todorovic imo.
Jusuf Gazibegovic, 17 yrs, Right back for Red Bull Salzburg started for Liefering (Salzburg's feeder team in the second division) and played 90 minutes.
1st match. U17 - France 3-0 BiH next vs Austria U17 U19 - Denmark 3-2 BiH (N. Hadzic & B. Hadzic) next vs Austria U19

3 years in a row that the U17s have qualified for the Euros after never qualifying before. Very nice. Hopefully we progress past the group stage this time.
I've always had this impression that Sakib Malkocevic was a poor trainer like they usually are but these last 3 years have proven me quite wrong. Doing great stuff! Toni Karacic on the other hand is a textbook seljak that should have been fired years ago but yet still keeps ruining our U19 teams chances like it's his bloody duty. People like him and Nestorevic probably don't even have a clue how stuff like offside works yet are coaching teams in our country. Disgusting. Vinko Marinovic is another one, like Malkocevic, that's doing great work with our U21 team and is picking players who are skilled and play for their teams. Gave the team from Portugal their first defeat in YEARS. Now imagine if Nestorevic was still our coach, oh dear...
