He appears to have moved to AC Fucecchio, but I don't know if he's American. http://www.0571foto.com/acfucecchio/squadre.asp http://www.toscanagol.it/2017/07/10...ura-il-difensore-lorenzo-collacchioni-011899/ https://www.transfermarkt.com/gianmarco-manetti/profil/spieler/427111
Though it's by no means complete, there have been some updates to the OWTY site. They are generally a reliable source though not an official one. Here some new abroad-based prospects I've found who don't yet have a YA Academy thread: '02 Joon Kang at Mainz U16 '02 Christopher Scott at Bayer Leverkusen U16 (I believe the old site also had an '06 Michael Scott in Leverkusen's academy) '03 Luke Burritt at Levante Juvenil C '04 Ethan Borges at Sporting CP academy (clearly an American USSDA product, clear social media evidence he's at Sporting CP) '05 Belmar Joseph at PSG academy (clearly an American USSDA product, though no other public evidence he's at PSG) '05 Ryan Burritt at Levante academy '05 Robert Deziel, who has his own thread and may be the very premature frontrunner for best of the class, is listed with Real Madrid on OWTY's newly updated site, though it's unclear whether he is still there. He scored twenty goals for Real Madrid Alevin A in 2016-17, third-most in the league at that age level. Not on the site, but I haven't forgotten about the '07 at Roma, Giorgio De Marzi: http://www.asroma.com/en/teams/youth-teams
If you can confirm the details, I'd say fire away. Kang, for one, looks like a safe bet. http://ball.ussoccerda.com/sam/teams/index.php?team=1400324&player=31454939 https://www.mainz05.de/nachwuchs/juniorenbereich/u16/ https://www.fupa.net/spieler/joonmo-kang-1301373.html https://twitter.com/officialjkang
isn't Christopher Scott of Bayer Leverkusen in the U17 rather than the U16? He's the youngest player, on the top scoring list, he's #3 of the U17 West at the age of 15. He's one of the numerous 15 year olds playing in U17. well given how things are going for this kid, he seems headed towards a provincial cap tie by Germany. Was even called up to the Winter Camp. although no idea whether he's really a German-American, chances are it does seem to be so. On Fupa, his name is Christopher Gavin Scott.
If he's on the U13s (as OWTY says) the club shows no information about the team at all. (Not that they necessarily should.) If they did, it would be here I believe: https://www.psg.fr/association/u13/equipe/squad
This seems to be Torrejon (as "Claudio") on the roster of a Spanish third-division club. http://www.ccdcerceda.com/plantilla/
I'd hoped to pin this down before posting, but since I couldn't do it quickly: T'Markt lists a German-born '97 attacker named Gillian Jurcher at Hamburg as German-American. https://www.transfermarkt.com/gillian-jurcher/profil/spieler/231587 Confirmed at the club on the second team: https://www.hsv.de/nachwuchs/hsv-ii/team/ It seems he joined from St. Pauli in the summer of 2015: http://www.amateur-fussball-hamburg.de/transfermarkt-hsv-ii-sichert-sich-brand-und-jurcher/ I reached out to HSV to inquire about his citizenship but haven't heard back. St. Pauli wasn't able to help, though they were very friendly. Social media didn't immediately yield useful info.
There's a '98 GK named Slavi Peter Martin at a lower-division Italian club called Trento: http://www.actrento.com/player/matin-slavi/ The club lists him as Bulgarian; T'Markt has him as BulgMerican. https://www.transfermarkt.de/slavi-matin/profil/spieler/335751 No idea, but here's a profile of sorts on some "please give me a trial" site that indicates he might be from New York state. https://www.tonys-soccer-school.net...able-division-28/32964-slavi-peter-matin.html
I recall seeing Darius Strode of 4th division being discussed here. Well his club is unknown now. https://www.transfermarkt.com/darius-strode/profil/spieler/265609
Ian Hoffman posted a pic on his Instagram story of a teammate. Going to that teammate's account, he has an American and Ghanaian flag by his name: Jeremiah Matthew. Translated caption read: "Good luck brother stay tuned!!" Transfermarkt has his nationality as German. All I could find. Would assume there is a legit reason for having an American flag by your Instagram name, right? Especially when you're living in another country.
Believe that's this guy -- see previous posts in this thread... https://www.bigsoccer.com/threads/th...ive-work-thread.1987805/page-25#post-36007903
Definitely still appreciate the update and additional info. Do you have the link to the post you referenced handy?
I've noticed that the Murphy Twins (Jacob with Newcastle/Josh with Norwich) both have their locations as the Upper East Side, NY in their twitter. While I don't think they have any lineage I thought I'd drop it in here if someone with more time than me would like to dig.
I can't quickly find anything that would support this -- though apparently their parents run an American restaurant called "Arbuckle's" that semi-recently added a second branch. (And apparently Ireland is watching them as potential pool players as well.) Anything's possible. https://www.arbuckles.biz/ So if they're left backs, I say...
To be frank, the BEST thing US Soccer could have right now is a pair of identical twins. Would really spice things up.
FuPa has a '98 GK named Caleb Smith at a lower-division German club as American. https://www.fupa.net/spieler/caleb-vincent-smith-1174841.html He is on the roster: https://www.fc-hertha-rheidt.de/fussball/1-herren/mannschaft/ (Not the same Caleb Smith as the former YNT'er at SMU.)
according to transfermarkt, he's no longer at Hamburg. https://www.transfermarkt.com/gillian-jurcher/profil/spieler/231587 seems left/let go on Jan 31, 2018. Current club listed as unknown.
I'm not sure if this guy is already listed elsewhere since I don't usually partake in these actions, but '97 left back Fernando Galvis II is listed as American and Colombian on transfermarkt, playing for Portuguese third division club Sertanense FC. https://www.transfermarkt.com/fernando-galvis-ii/profil/spieler/471465
Just going through transfermarkt's advanced search, here's a few names I found that I wasn't able to find on here, but given your guys' acumen for this stuff I wouldn't be surprised if these are all repeats: '99 Mauricio Solis of CS Herediano (Costa Rica's first division) Reserves: https://www.transfermarkt.com/mauricio-solis/profil/spieler/557314 '97 Santiago Rodriguez of Estudiantes de San Luis (Argentina's second tier): https://www.transfermarkt.com/santiago-rodriguez/profil/spieler/439437 '00 Skyler Wells of Samut Prakan (Semi Pro in Thailand's 4th tier): https://www.transfermarkt.com/skyler-wells/profil/spieler/409259 '98 Nicolas Jones of Stade-Payerne (Switzerland's 5th tier): https://www.transfermarkt.com/nicolas-jones/profil/spieler/460250
