Not sure an alarm will work in this phase as there will be one list at the beginning with nothing added over the period.

Chase declined the charge twice for me. I called FIFA and they say that FIFA will try a few more times and if they are not successful I will receive an email with a link so I can pay directly.

 

Finally, I honestly thought the page would have updated already by this week

 

Well FIFA attempted a 3rd time and my wonderful bank declined it again. I will be resorting to using my friend's card to pay directly and then paying him back (if that chance promised by FIFA comes). And after that I will sever ties with my current bank.

 

Great, we can put the Phase 1 Random Selection Draw behind us.

 

It amazes me in the modern world where you can talk to a bank warn them of a charge and to accept and three times they decline it. Definitely walk away from them it’s obvious they do not give a stuff about you the customer. Hope you get a chance to pay online with your mates card.

Actually same here , charges have been declined but no news since then , until i get the real confirmation that i have tickets , i will be stressed. I guess we all hate banks.

 

Same situation here! I'm trying Brazil TST4 in 3 accounts, mine and in 2 others friends (as a guest), but no one has received an e-mail, bank sms, nothing.
I've asked here in the thread before if someone got a Brazil TST, because I haven't heard about someone who did, and @Stuckin1au replied saying that he knew someone who got it.

 

The same happened to us despite taking every possible precaution with the credit card company. We are very much looking forward to paying directly and making sure the tickets are secured.

 

Good to note that there is currently 2 hours time difference between Moscow and Paris/Central European time, unlike during the World Cup/daylight savings time.

I might've been an hour late for the FCFS if I didn't just see that.

So 7 hours difference between ET and Moscow today, but starting on Sunday it will be 8 hours difference.

 

Wow, didn't know that Europe and US have different dates for Daylight Saving Time change. Oct 29 vs. Nov 5

Also note that the WC matches will be held in 4 different Time Zones: from
UTC+2 Kaliningrad to UTC+5 Yekaterinburg.

 

The First Come First Served (1) starts at 12-noon in Moscow which is 01:00 AM on the US West Coast. Oh well, it was to be expected that I'd be up at all hours and if I can snag the tickets I want, it'll be well worth it.

 

Does FIFA also announces the quantity of tickets bought in this phase?

Are you absolutely sure that all lucky winners in the Random Phase have already been contacted by FIFA? The email I got when I applied for TST4 said that they could confirm a winning bid until Nov 16th. Am I too optimistic hoping to still get an email from FIFA? I haven't heard of many lucky Argentinians yet.

 

There was someone on the tripadvisor forums who said they got a creditcard charge today so you never know.
