Portuguese veteran Nelo Vingada was named as Malaysia’s new coach on Monday, putting him in line for what could be a politically fraught debut in North Korea.

Much-travelled Vingada, nicknamed “Professor”, joins from India’s NorthEast United, whom he coached to fifth place in last year’s Indian Super League.

By acting as a Charlatan. He is similar to Stielike, former KNT coach.

Malaysian national team coaches don't usually stay long at their job, so I don't expect him to stay there very long.

There is strong speculation Australia will have a new coach after the playoff with Honduras regardless of the result.

I've noticed that Wikipedia has Ruziqul Berdyev down as the current national team head coach. I guess he was the former Nasaf coach. Is that a permanent position, or just interim?
