    Great job by Shiba.
Now let's hope Getafe will stay at least a couple of years in La Liga to prove his value.

P.S.: I think this historical moment is going to be crucial for Japanese players. And La Liga could be a nice hub to try European football.

lol, yes, but he did his best playing for Tenerife so supporters shouldn't be too angry after few months. I'm writing this in case if it matters to anyone (it shouldn't bother Shibasaki anyway).

The conditions were clear since the beginning anyway. 6 months and a renew if the club was going to be promoted. The player gave his best, the promotion didn't happen.

It's Tenerife's fault. The six month contract was almost an insult to Shibasaki!

It's the other way around. If I'm not wrong Shibasaki was the one who asked for a 6-months contract, so in case Tenerife failed to get promoted he can sign for another club to avoid spending next season in the Spanish second division.

It is exactly as you say. Of course it's the work of his agent.

Yes. They got a red card so he was pushed to the right. Later subbed. An okey La Liga debut.

Good first half by Getafe, Sevilla having big trouble creating chances.

Out 68 th minute. Good game I think. It takes time to adapt. I like this guy.

Feel that his decision making is not still not that good imo. Ponders with the ball too much and not passing quick enough.

That's La Liga for you... he might just need time. Personally, I just don't think he is a #10

He is more of a CM imo, but maybe not physical enough for the defensive duties needed compared to Yamaguchi and Ideguchi.

I also feel like he is a little to shy and defensive. But he has it all in him, hope he gets some more chances.
