We will have the MOST expensive player ever in the history of world football, and it is by a large margin and not even close !

PSG is loaded this year, and it will be one of the best teams ever if not the best for the history of Ligue 1 !

Joao Moutinho is such a classy little player. He's still playing well and kicking butt.

This is Marseille's projected lineup for today.

Thauvin will normally start in place of Ocampos and they are still looking for a high level striker to supplant German. Evra or Jordan Amavi (who they will sign) will normally start at left and I think they are still looking for a CB to partner with Rami. I think that midfield there will remain unchanged unless Gustavo or Lopez struggle mightily.

Wesley Sneijder joins Nice on free transfer despite offer from LAFC

Wesley Sneijder has signed for French side Nice after successfully completing a medical on Monday.

The French club's official website announced on Sunday that free agent Sneijder, 33, had agreed "in principle" to join them, and they confirmed on Monday that the Netherlands international had signed a contract after passing a medical.

Sneijder was a free agent after ending his contract with Turkish club Galatasaray by mutual consent earlier this summer.

He had been linked with a move to Los Angeles FC, with sources telling ESPN FC earlier this summer that he had an offer on the table that would pay him $3.5 million a year. He was also heavily linked to Sampdoria in Serie A before opting for Ligue 1.

Dam.. Sneijder n Balo on one team.. Lmao that's a lot of personalities to deal with just with those two.

They still lack a signing or two.

It is very ironic how Belhanda and Sneijder swapped teams and if you're asking me if Id rather have a 27 yr old Belhanda or a 33 yr old Sneijder, the answer is Id rather have a 27 yr old Sneijder. I thought Belhanda was good enough to play in a top 4 league and here he is in Turkey so maybe he is a bit overrated and Sneijder will do well especially since his stats last year were impressive.

Jordan Amavi expected to arrive in Marseille. A English D2 player and a washed up Evra competing for the starting LB spot. Thank you Mr McCourt ?

^ Look like it had been deflected by the defender.

And one more thing, an impressive crowd for Dijon in that game, good job !

Yeah slightly deflected. Mbappe was benched for punishment. Clearly they do not want to send him to Paris and prefer him to wait to get an offer from Real Madrid but he wants to go to Paris now. Messy situation. They arent obligated to give him playing time in Paris because they want Ligue 1 title and Champions League and they arent gonna play him and change the formation to suit him just because they pay a lot of money for him.. He and his entourage/family dont appear to get it.

Maignan really left Bielsa out to dry last night with that stupid red card he earned. Bielsa in his post game conference wasn't inspiring at all. Looked kinda dejected.

Exactly. Only a club like Man City or PSG would spend that much on him lol.

Agreed, Enyeama could have done a better job than Maignan, didn't understand that why Bielsa didn't give any chances and wanted all these former Lille players gone (This included last season goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama, former captain Rio Mavuba, striker Eder, Marko Basa and Marvin Martin), you would still need some good veteran presence on a team to provide leadership and mentoring to the youngster.
