It's from late 2016 but I stumbled upon it. Figured FC $eoul fans would enjoy it so it was worth a share.

http://uk.reuters.com/article/soccer-russia-foreigners-idUKL4N0ZU47E20150714 -Andreas Villas Boas seems to hold the view that having more liberal policy towards foreign players on net contributes to developing the league. He said something similar about CSL more recently. - Serious question: what do you think about K-leagues' foreign player rule? Do you guys think it should expand/contract? Alternatives (like "taxing" foreign players instead of a quota, etc.)? -What do you guys think about the AFC spot? What effect can having more AFC players in K-league have? -I personally thought about allowing 6 foreign players in the squad (4 + 2 AFC player), with no matchday or on-pitch restrictions. -If a club wants to sign a foreign goalkeeper, they must only be AFC foreigner, and one of these foreign GK will cost a club 3 foreign player slots (so they can only have one foreign gk, one foreign player, and one AFC player).
expend the foreign quota, no AFC rule, and yes foreign gk. but there's other more important thing before we change the rule.

Yongin City trying to land pro football club at new stadium #kleague https://t.co/0ED04HIv4l— Korea Football News (@KORFootballNews) May 6, 2017 I hope this doesn't happen.
FCKN stupid as usual. I'm guessing the ulterior reason for trying to set up a new club: 1. built a new stadium for stupid or 'job-creating' project 2. No need for a 37,000 seater stadium which noone will use 3. put a football club in to avoid criticism.
