Well, look like Rafael, Lacazette, Dempay and Tolisso are all battling with injuries and could miss the clash with Ajax.

If both Lacazette and Tolisso missed for the game, it is safe to say that Lyon will be without their 2 best players in the semifinal tonight. .

    :(:(:(

Tolisso starts and Laca on the bench. Delay is cup tied.

I think that was it for Monaco.. Juve's defense is just so much more superior than Monaco's blistering attack. I find it tough that they'll manage to break their lines down in Turin.

As for Lyon.. I still think they have the better shot of the two French sides in Continental competition to pull the comeback. Ajax when their off they're absolutely woeful in defense due to their inexperience and being extremely young, but when they're on they are a transcendent side. Perhaps Lyon can overwhelm Ajax at home with an early goal ala Barce vs PSG.

Out of the 4 who started yesterday, only Diakhaby deserves to start next year. The other 3 need to be backups. Need to sign 2 defenders. Sell Rafael and get a more defensive minded player at that position. Also get rid of N'Koulou or Y-M. I saw a rumor they are interested in Medhi Benatia. I would sign him and start him right away.

Did anyone watched the post match press conference of the Lyon 5-4 aggregate defeat to Ajax in the UEFA Europa League semi-finals ? Why Bruno Genesio telling to the media that "they can keep their heads held high after the exit as they gave everything"

How could you keep the head held high after the exit ? there is no excuse on the lackadaisical displayed and the lacked of defensive solidity in the fist leg of the semi-finals against an opponent which are considered inferior to your team, Lyon were the favorites against the field to advance to the final by all the odds, expert picks and media however you have been outplayed and outperformed by the opposition, such a loser attitude.

Daniel Riolo attacked Aulas and Aulas fired right back. Seems hes ready to defend Genesio to the death. He will not relinquish control of his club to a manager who is not a yes man We can think hes stupid but in the end its his right. Hes willing to go down with the ship.
