The boss has spoken today, nothing earth-shattering...

Team news: Basically the same as last weekend. But Welbeck (toe) & Mustafi (thigh) are just on cusp to make it back into the squad.

He admitted that Citeh match up pretty well against us, and that our confidence is not at maximum at the moment. Presumably alluding to our poor recent league form, but perhaps also because our road to this semifinal was via these onomatopoeic powerhouses: Lincoln, Sutton, Soton, Preston.

Will he revert to a Back4 or try again with a Back3 after that 20 year hiatus?! We'll all have to wait until Sunday.

Sadly for me I'll be missing this one live, as I'm taking my senior daughter on her last college tour.

But here's a postive thought... the last time we played City at Wembley in the Community Shield 2014. A suprising refreshing 3-0 thrashing, with some absolutely beautiful goals! (including a rare long-range screamer from Giroud)

Barring some incredible uptick in confidence for this team, we're gonna get railed.

Making time to watch the second half if we're tied or ahead.

If we're losing at halftime, I'll just tune in to watch Wenger's resignation/change in position in a few weeks.

The Arsenal may not be riding a wave of victories right now, but if you look beyond Citeh's recent triumphs over Southampton and Hull, they went winless in their previous 4 matches, (0-2-2).

Prior to that, they beat Middleborough in their last FA Cup matchup for the right to face us on Sunday. And before that, they drew at home 0-0 to Stoke.

    Not exactly a juggernaut.

We will win 2-1 in what will be viewed as the upset of the season.

What would you guys rather have:

    1. The FA Cup
    2. No Europa League next season

There's no way we miss out on the Europa League next season as is, so the FA Cup would be nice in that it keeps us out of the qualifying rounds.

Why the F--- are we relegated to FS1 instead of being on Big Fox this Sunday???

They are showing Chel$ki vs. Scums on Big Fox on Saturday, and meanwhile our match is sent down to the minor leagues of TV sports (cable), Rupert Murdoch is such an asshole for doing that to all of us Gooners. BOO!!! HISS!!!

I say it will hopefully be a North London Derby FA Cup Final at Wembley in May, and I'm also sure for both this and the Finals, it's an easy kit pick (home red for both). so COYF'n'G!!!

We'll see about THAT this coming Sunday!!! Not entertaining enough, what more do we have to do besides beat Shitty this Sunday, perhaps do a striptease on the pitch in front of the members of Club Wembley who seat in those two sections behind the players' benches??? I'll bet those will be empty while the rest of Wembley Stadium will be fully filled for both matches.

Hell, if Wembley were to get Wrestlemania sometime in the short future, would Club Wembley members get first crack at those seats or will they be open to the WWE Universe??? I somehow envision over 90,000 strong at Wembley (and also perhaps full houses like over 65,000 at Allianz Arena in Munich, or 115,000 at the San Siro in Milan, or about 100,000 at The Nou Camp in Barcelona) for Wrestlemania. Every goddamn time I see a huge stadium it always does that to me, it happened when SkyDome in Toronto was built in 1989 (it hosted 2 Wrestlemanias, VI in 1990 drawing 67,678 and X8 in 2002 drawing 68,237), The University Of Phoenix Stadium (WM 26, 72,219), and also AT&T Stadium in Dallas (WM 32 last year, 101,763) also drew what would become almost unbreakable attendance records for those buildings.

Word is that Jesus will make his long awaited comeback on Sunday.

We can only hope he's rusty and disappoints his followers.

Gotta hope our new keeper gets resurrected in time because Jesus saves.

And with that out of the way, I am hoping we get something out of this. Need to sneak a win somehow.
