Williams subbed in for injured Jordan Mutch around the 38'. Unfortunately, PNE scored their 2nd shortly thereafter, no fault of Williams'. Announcer keeps calling him Derrick Williams.

That's a massive goal for the Royals. Two superb passes by Williams and Gunter, gifting Swift the tap-in.— Reading FC (@ReadingFC) April 17, 2017
Out of the three yank involved clubs (Huddersfield/manager, Fulham/Ream, and Reading) for the prem playoff spot, I'm pulling most for Reading. I like Fulham, but personally I think Danny Williams can play in the Prem and I would love to see how he does. I think Ream has found his level with the Championship. Maybe he has improved with this good run with Fulham, but I think the Yank with the better chance of success on the field in the prem is Williams. Wagner is likely to be the winner of the three, but I'll be pulling for Reading.
RATINGS: Chris Gunter and Danny Williams stood out for @OllyAllen1998, but who was your star man today? #readingfc https://t.co/brBMo20ibK— The Tilehurst End (@TheTilehurstEnd) April 17, 2017

Was on the bench as Reading dispatched Burton Albion 4-2. He'll face Tim Ream and Fulham in the promotion playoff semifinal, guaranteeing that one USMNT player will be in the final.
