Looks like Tim Murray, another Yank GK, has been playing with Ekenas IF for about a year (or maybe moved from Ekenas SC to Ekenas IF in January -- not confusing at all). EIF has been very welcoming to Americans over the past few years. Kevin Sawchak got his start there as well as a couple other college kids I can't remember off the top of my head. They used to be coached by Mike Keeney (former University of Kentucky assistant coach) who is now coaching a second division team in Slovakia called FC Samorin.

Murray rarely made the 18 in the first half of the season (injury?) but took over as starter for the last 15 games. Honka finished second and are about to play a two-legged pro/rel playoff against HIFK.
