Our u15 is playing the south america sub15 championship and have won the first game against Chile. The good news is that we have a japanese descendent playing for us. He is LB and plays for Curitiba. His nick name is Kazu and his name is Christian Kendji Wagatsuma Ferreira. Brazil-Japan connection.
U15. 3 games and 3 win for us at 2015 southamerica u15 campionship. Last game 3 x 0 against Bolivia. http://selecao.cbf.com.br/noticias/...errota-a-bolivia-e-segue-adiante#.VltbS3arTIV

Your 2000 generation is playing in an international tournament called the "Nike Friendlies" in Florida right now, including Netherlands, England and USA. You guys are currently playing Netherlands, and are losing 1-0 in the second half. The tournament is streamed on the US Soccer youtube page. Here's the link.
U15 Southamerica. We beat Equador and will play the final game against Uruguay. It will be today and we have already beat them 6 x 0. About Nike friendles, i've read CBF site and they don't even mention it. As far as i could read we lost the first 2 games and CBF have sent a U15 team. If this is true, i don't know, we had better ask them to postpone Nike friendles for next week. Then we shoud send our U15 who are playing the southamerica championship. Anyway a poor presentation for us at nike friendlies.
I don't know the ages of your players. I do know that the other three countries have their players born in 2000 at this tournament. You guys have lost the first two, as you said, and haven't played well in either game. You guys play us today at 6 PM ET, it'll be streamed on the US Soccer youtube page, if any of you want to watch.
Dunga have already choosen the 3 players above 23 that will play rio2016: keeper Alisson, central defender Miranda and Neymar. http://olimpiadas.uol.com.br/notici...itos-para-olimpiada-cbf-cre-em-liberacoes.htm
I think we could do worse. I was hoping that Lucas Silva would find form at Marseille, but he's still struggling. I think I'd select Rafinha over Dourado, if healthy.
No better place to post this so..: Brazil-born São Paulo centre-back Lyanco Vojnovic played for Serbia U19s vs Spain yesterday, Spain won 2-1.
Brasil really need to look to youth again and review the whole setup, not producing the quality of players of the last two decade and questions need to be asked why. Only lucas of SP, gabriel Jesus and Gabigol I have hopes for.. Who else is there coming through ? As I said, questions need to be asked
I can't think of any 18 year old or less making noise... It's a damning statement on the current environment
We heard it a lot in the brazilian leagues from the time Neymar broke out until about last year. But it was mainly driven by good marketing from agents, third party ownership, the clubs, and of course with some help thrown in their from Teixeira, Marin, and chronies. But with the exception of Neymar it has been pure hype. We don't hear it anymore because the clubs started to catch on.
Is anybody following the Sul-Americano Sub-20? We've had a modest tournament so far, tying Argentina 2-2 and losing to Uruguay 1-2. We reach the 2017 U-20 World Cup if we defeat Colombia this weekend.
The technical coordinator of the U20 team Erasmo Diamani was dismissed and Globo says Micale is also in doubt to keep his job. Sorry but thats bull shit. Yes the team did not have a good tournament but this guy just won the gold for us just 6 months ago. Give him another chance or 2.
Well, the next time there's a U-20 in CONMEBOL is 2019 - and I hope that CBF does a good job with its youth/juvenile divisions. The senior team is doing quite well, and the Olympic championship notwithstanding, I'd like to see the good performances the senior team has shown in recent WCQ to percolate down to the youth levels. It's unfortunate that we, who have done quite well in recent FIFA U-20 World Cups, won't even be there this time.
Diamani gave an interview saying he had little to no contact with Edu. So I guess communication and coordination between youth and senior team we all so desperately want is not on CBF's agenda.
