Well yeah, it is. But doesn't take away how lame it is for Chivas to do it. You would think their media teams would have more common sense. IMO a "Congrats to Tigres for their win" would have sufficed. They made an f'n banner.

Yall have seen 100s of last second comebacks, yet you thought it was in the bag for America o_O Hold this L
Change your club under your username to Pumas, breh.
IF BORNSTEIN WASN'T PLAYING LEFT BACK, WE'D'VE WON THE GOLD CUP!!!!!11

Damn, losing brings out the nad in some yall **********s. smh

America had to travel to the Far East to rep their league and the millions and millions of people who stan it, who aren't just Mexican. So they were the underdog in this tie, yet they stretched it to pens. Not bad, all things considered.

Tig are favorites to be in the same position next year, and I'm sure they will go all out to represent internationally even if they pay for it in the league. Small price to pay for global recognition. So props to both teams.

If I could put both, I would. Pumas was the first team I decided to root for on TV. Chivas USA was the first team I rooted for live. To make a parallel, it's one thing to observe space through a telescope, and a totally different thing being on the moon. I prefer the latter. This is why I put Chivas USA, despite them not being alive anymore.

Ayo, some of the last couple of finals have been really fun to watch. Today's, Pachuca's last second winner, Apertura 2015's penalties and Pumas' remontada, Santos' 5-0 and then Queretaro's 3-0. Even Pachuca/Leon was good.

The 30-year-old is profoundly in love with his newly adopted home country. He has gone as far as saying that he wants to become a Mexican, because he feels at home, and so does his family. “I am proud of being a ‘new’ Mexican, because my son was born here in Monterrey.” said Gignac recently. “Hopefully in a year’s time I can have the Mexican nationality. I would be proud. I feel at home here.”

He's Mexican in my book.

Not only winning the division and knocking out those dirty mutherfuken birds out of the playoffs was a great Christmas present

And winning the final was expected with the trash we were up against

Since pelaez took over America is challenging for league titles every season. They can't win them all.

America and tigres best of the league and it's been like for a few seasons now.

Freakin chivas can't even reach semi finals and we're trying to equate Cruz azul's choking to Americas loss. Chivas wished they could be subcampeon.
