So Bunyodkor's Qodirqulov scored for Uzbekistan II in the group phase match against Kyrgyz and then played in the final for Uzb I again against Kyrgyz, is it UFF's understanding of Fair Play?:))

Seemed unorganised cup and Iran withdrawal in the last minute also not professional.

I am happy a tournament of such nature was put in place but going forward let's hope it's more organised.

Also by the score lines it shows that all games were close.. That's good

Iran just couldn't tolerate the fact that the president of CAFA is Uzbek, the headquarters of the organization is located in Tashkent and the first tournament also was hosted and won by Uzbekistan:D or they want back to WAFF

But on the other hand UZB B team wasn't allowed to play in the final match having equal points and goal differences with Kyrgyzstan. Moreover, local referee sent off our player at the beginning of the match to prove supremacy of our youngsters even playing with 10 players.

What you say is irrelevant. This tournament was pointless, Iran wouldn't gain anything by playing vs. such low quality opponents (except Uzbekistan). Congratulations on your win.

Anyway, for the prestige of newly founded organization, Iran even might send their B team as a member association

I disagree, because if Iran do not want to play against 'low countries' as you say than why were they the main country to create CAFA? If they want more competitive matches then they should of stayed in waff.

Given that this was a youth tournament, it's always great to get experience and match practice.

I think and believe Iran's main focus behind being part of CAFA is so that they have a bigger voice in the Asian game, they can't get heard being part of WAFF, but they can get people elected being part of CAFA. But if they have people in positions in CAFA, then they need to play football at CAFA competitions.

Iran's main goal in establishing CAFA, was so that Iran gets a vice-presidency seat at the AFC.

True, and it is why we already warned our federations to work on a replacement as CAFA representative, should Iran continue misusing the members.

I don't think that Iran's plan was a secret or is it really "misusing" as you put it. Iran is the one who came up with the idea of CAFA to begin with, and Iran has lent her footballing pedigree as an elite Asian side to such an organization, in return for getting a vote inside AFC. The arrangement was that Uzbekistan gets to run CAFA, and Iran gets a seat on the executive committee of AFC.

Without Iran, there wouldn't be a CAFA to begin with. Uzbeks get to run a regional federation, Iran gets a seat at AFC which it deserves anyways as an elite Asian side , was it not for Arabs colluding against Iran. And the smaller nations get to be part of a regional body and develop their games. Everyone is gaining here, it's a win-win situation for everyone.

^ There's literally nothing in it for Iran to participate in these types of tournaments. But we might send an u-16 team to a u19 tourney or something once in a while just to keep you guys happy.

Our U16 and U19 teams regularly participate in World Cups as opposed to Iran which qualifies quite occasionally

It's not about the quality of your team. Rather, the quality of the rest of the teams.

Your u16's are much better continuing to play under 16 nations, afterall, you've been beaten at that age level on home turf by Uzbekistan. I'd hate to think what would happen against a much stronger u19 side

What is the big deal about this youth tournament? I don't know why Iran pulled out in last moment but our youth team won't gain anything by playing against the regular CAFA members except Uzbekistan.

In senior or U23 level this competition will be OK to watch and most likely dominated by Uzbeks and us. I don't want to see our team going back to hostile and unfriendly WAFA, but CAFA needs to invite few stronger teams like Kazakhstan, China, Azerbaijan, Armenia or Georgia to spice up the competition. Right now it looks like an ever lasting final between Iran and Uzbekistan.
