Liverpool finally have a quality manager, along with a good enough team to win the Premier League title. Do you think that Liverpool can finally break the curse and win the league after 26 years?

I don't think they are there yet. I say we finish 6th this season. We need more consistent goal scorers who stay healthy.

Hopefully, we can crack top 4. This team is too vulnerable to be considered favorites.

Liverpool are always a possibility, but I think they've had better chances to finally win the Prem in previous seasons. This sesason has a lot of challengers, it's hard to call.

That team I watched this weekend looked pretty scary against an admittedly terrible defense. I think top 4 is certain, league title possible.

No offence but I don't think so at-least for this season.

I think top 4 would be a success for them. I think Klopp has been brought in to do a job long term, the players the 2 Manchester clubs have bought in look fantastic (as they should for the money they spent), I find it hard to see past them, maybe Chelsea could challenge. But Liverpool, Arsenal and Spurs are probably a bit short.

City are so far the most fun to watch. On the other hand, offensively quality, Liverpool are closest to Pep's side. If you see their overload, spacing, connection they are better than, say, Chelsea, Everton, or MU.

So, to say if Liverpool could win the title, there's possibility.

Guess, they can at least finish in Big 3.

I don't see Man Utd looking all that fantastic as a team, tbh ......

Ibrahimovic aside, they are struggling collectively.

I'm thinking with Van Dyke and maybe a player like Mehrez who's being mentioned currently plus the midfielder who's arriving in the summer that maybe next season could easily be Liverpool's.

They'd have to hold onto Salah and Mane in the summer of course .

    Thoughts ??

Anyways .... seeing I can't discuss Liverpool in the designated threads hopefully I'll get some chat here .. it's regarding Mahrez who is apparently a definite possibility for Liverpool this window .

He's an amazing player and I'd have been happy to have had him at Barca and Liverpool .. I'm just wondering were he'd play though given his preference for the same side / area as Salah ?!?!

    Any thoughts ??

Can't say Mahrez would be an upgrade to what LFC's got - given how well MoSalah has fit in. Need that strong defensive midfielder (Keita), and a better attacking mid with goals (Coutinho :( - perhaps Chamberlain)...and a good dose of confidence for the goalkeeper...
