Don't think eredivisie has got tricky wingers. Elia comes the closest but then again he is no where compared to the likes of the other big guns.

Can't remember Feyenoord vs Ajax. Did both come up against each other.

A lot of people have mentioned Sinkgraven. I hope he can succeed and that Bosz is not as stubborn as FdB was. At the beginning of the season when there were some injuries, FdB played him at left wing which was really out of position. He then had some matches in the MF but got hurt and missed a bunch of games until the springtime. It was strange that FdB then went to Serero when Bazoer was really bad rather than Sinkgraven. I don't think he has been given a fair trial at Ajax and also we really don't know whether he is up to the level of competition that the NT faces. He had one good season at Heerenveen before coming over to Ajax in a panic purchase (this is what Ajax do, remember they bought Duarte when Eriksen left:eek:).

With Klaassen, Gudelj, and Bazoer AND Nouri, van de Beek and Frenkie de Jong (all of whom could be the starting MF for the Dutch U-19 team this summer) will Sinkgraven get a fair chance??? I really don't know and hope that Bosz is more open minded than FdB.

EDIT: personally I think Sinkgraven has some good skills but worry that he is pretty much one footed. I've seen some nice Pirlo-like moves from him.

Tete totally shut him down and Elia was really frustrated; you could see it in his face.

His defensive game is quiet average but that's always the case of most CMs. 4-2-3-1 suits him better I reckon.

Just throwing this out there. Cillessens main strength is his positioning. He's always in the right place. His distribution is shit on a good day and worse on a bad day. And he sucks at penalties but Van Der Sar never stopped one before he turned 30 either. So he might still learn.

    Tete shuts everyone down :)

Had Van Der Sar done better in 1998 and 2000 PK, we could have a chance to add 2 titles:rolleyes:? No doubt VDS is the best goalkeeper that we ever have, but I think he learned to improve his PK (after 30). I hope Cillessen can do the same soon. Why can't Van Der Sar give him some tips since both are at Ajax?

Not sure what you guys are watching regarding Cillessen?
He was absolutely horrible during the qualifying.
Allows several bad goals almost every match.
When was the last time he gets a clean sheet?
Remember ManU was going to supposedly offer 25 million?
What a mental midget he is and this negative performance has hurt Oranje.

We know you hate Cillessen but why post this right now? Games are over and it's up to Blind and not you to decide who the keeper will be in the qualifying. FYI, ManU was never going to offer him €25M, that's just ridiculous.

A bit harsh. It was more the defense that let us down in qualifying. He did well in the World Cup qualifiers and in the World Cup (bar the penalty saving of course). Though I have to admit I do prefer Zoet or a fit Krul at the moment.
