Its strange he suddenly made come back. May be officials let it go easy as he is already in last stages of his playing career and does not want to give it a bad end to his glittering career. But I dont want him to join the team and again create fuss in team cohesion.

BTW- Awaiting your views in this thread - http://forums.bigsoccer.com/threads/ksa-wcq-russia-2018.2030862/

So Hilal wont be winning any "valuable" trophy this season after Ahli dumps them out of Kings Cup 3-2 in semis.

So after Hilal, its Ittihad not winning any title after falling to defeat to Nasser 3-1. Absolute shit performance from Itti players with no focus at all. The fans added more misery throwing bottles on the pitch.

It's only right that Hilal loses both competitions. They didn't really deserve either of the 2 trophies (and possibly the ACL qualification if they managed to fail in that too) as the signs were clear in what's wrong with the team but they kept ignoring it. Now fhe president has resigned and it can only get worse from here.
This is one of the few things I don't like about games in that stadium, and ignorant fans from all clubs do it. It's really ugly stuff, it should be easy to identify & fine (or ban) the ones who do it.

The reality is that now our teams are better than yours, anyway, i thought you would be happy to see Hilal being eliminated as Al Ittihad fan

Very interesting changes. I don't know who is Donis' replacement but this is the first time since many years that Hilal doesn't have ACL in their schedule early in next season, this should help with preparations for it in terms of the managerial change & offloading the dead weight in the team.

Also I like Sami's appointment, Shabab is the environment with the least pressure between the big clubs, and if both parties are serious about their 3-years plan (which seems so right now) then it could turn out to be a good move for them. Shabab's squad is no titles winning one though (and we have to wait and see their signings), but reaching ACL position in the league & the later stages in the cups tournaments will be a good first season to build on for the next ones IMO.

No reality is Saudi clubs did not give there 100% in ACL this time, the reasons are pretty obvious..

P.S> I would have been happy if Ittihad would have eliminated them.:D

I said this before. Donis is no big match coach. He yes pretty much changed and showed how a team can play a different formation then a usual one's.
Jabers's appointment can be blessing for him or a disguise. I would prefer him to manage a midtable team like Tawoon or Faysaly and get experience in coaching rather than going for big clubs and get pressurized and loose your job and get demotivated in future

I'm not posting this to mock the team, just want to say I really like the atmosphere of the King Fahd Stadium especially after the Saudi goal.

Edit: On another note, this moment could be seen as the marker for the downfall of the national team.

I think the downfall began way before that, but the signs are clear here. And you can see one thing which he Saudi clubs and NT always struggle with: defending set pieces. :D
An absolute Ittihadi legend, it's a shame he didn't accomplish as much with NT and he didn't have the prettiest end of career but I have nothing but respect for him as an incredible footballer and a good person outside the pitch.
They are still investigating about it. Hopefully Ittifaq isn't one of the 2 clubs accused of that.

So, Almujazzal are relegated. Big decision, I wonder how long the appeal will take and how it'll affect work of FA (among other things obviously).. they don't have much time to postbond this and there are many parties involved here.

Yeah, they found them guilty in fixing one of the First Division games (I assume it's vs. Aljeel). Almojzel's president, one of their officials, and their player Bandar Aldawsari were all suspended from all football activities and were fined 300,000 Riyals, and of ourse the club was relegated to the Second Division.

There are more parties involved in these penalties too; Hajr's manager, Alfaihaa's manager, Arriyadh's physiotherapist, and two of Aljeel players faced the same penalties too, but little details were released about the specific roles of each one of them.

Hope we find new Fahd after Saudi U-19 NT qualifies to WC after defeating Iraq 6-5 on penalties.
Raakan Al Enezi is stand out player for KSA so far.
