That is a surprise. If he ends up at Monaco that would be interesting though.

He looks to be headed there. I'm sure he'll get a nice pay rise out of it.

Just read that former Borussia Moenchengladbach manager Lucien Favre will take over at Nice. Good pick up for them!

I think the Chinese have already taken over Nice they just havent announced it yet. How else were they able to get a sought-after coach unless they have the means now. According to an English tabloid he snubbed Everton and ANY EPL team is a more prestegious job than Nice.

"Favre's teams play a dynamic, quick and attacking-minded football where ball possession and change of tempo alternate. This attractive style of play has brought results in every club he has managed. Furthermore, Favre is very skillful tactically, leaving his opponents struggling to penetrate his well-organized sides."

I'm starting to get really fed up with Aulas. He's raising a stink about the red card not being valid even though he knows that Fekir was purposely trying to kick the Nice player. OK he probably didnt mean to step on his arm but Fekir was asking for a red card by stupidly kicking out like that. Aulas has an ego that is good for some things and terrible for others. He always needs to be in control of every single situation and he cant lose with dignity . OL lost because they were outplayed and outcoached, not because the referee had a bad call. And the reason OL were outcoached was because unlike Aulas, Nice knows that if you give the power and reigns of the team to an experienced and capable coach, and not the president, the team will perform better.

Big controversy in the final moments of the PSG-Lille game when after Lille equalized the flag stayed down for an overtly offsides PSG goal.

Can Monaco maintain their lead? Seems Nice are starting to slip to the chances of a Nice title at this point seem slim.
