    I'm Chris
    I'm half Chilean and Colombian
Born in NY and raised in Texas
I got my BA in 2015
Now I'm broke and consistently pondering if I should get my MBA with little entry experience.

I still wonder if college was worth it.

don't get a MBA. What was your major? Honestly MBA is a 20k+ add on to put on your resume. It can make you even less likely to get a job if they think because you now have a MBA you will cost too much. I felt it was basically undergrad a 2nd time. Better off waiting for a company to pay for it (work for any decent sized company and they all offer 50-100%) even then its more of a career change helper. I have one not really all that helpful. I got my 3 jobs because the hiring manager liked me. One of them was an Argie he asked if I liked soccer then Boca or River. I answered correctly got the job the other was married to a colombian and gave me a shot. A MBA doesn't really help that. Also if you are already in debt what the point of getting more in debt. Was working for KPMG then went to a Hedge fund for 4 years now I am at a private boarding school as a controller(when I have kids they can go to a 45k school for free :)). Way less money but so much more free time+vacation time and less stress & hours. I couldn't be happier..

My major was international business. I did hedge funding as an intern for Pfizer for two months in Paris, wasn't hired went back to states then worked marketing for a dealership and hated the job. Went back to sales and on constant look what to do next. I'm trying to get into accounting or finance but it seems those jobs are hard to get in with little experience.. the good thing I'm not over 40 the bad thing is that I not 21 either haha

So I ended up working as an interpreter, which is what I meant though I didn't realize the difference and I do some translation work on the side.
