they always are generous alot of below average gk and defenders got 70 ratings in the copa libertadores squads as well as several youth reserves etc you can look here to see the ratings of the players here but tbh even though EA has been generous to certain players, hard on some, and usually does not update all star players rating appropriately I like there rating system better.

I still dont under stand why they took out the Brazilian league form FIFA there still a good number of Brazilian teams in FIFA under Rest of the world might as well License the whole League.

    • Israeli League (18%, 379,531 Votes)
    • Turkish PTT League (17%, 377,146 Votes)
    • German 3rd League (13%, 277,558 Votes)
    • Hungarian League (4%, 77,780 Votes)
    • Spanish 3rd League (4%, 77,635 Votes)
    • Guatemala League (3%, 58,792 Votes)
    • Egyptian League (2%, 51,749 Votes)
    • Romanian League (2%, 47,875 Votes)
    • Mexican 2nd League (2%, 46,017 Votes)
    • Brazilian League (2%, 40,597 Votes)
From the top ten so far IMO Israeli League, Turkish PTT League, Mexican 2nd league, Brazilian League are the most appealing, reachable, and reasonable ones for EA to do surprised Guatemala is so up there in the votes wish Ecuador was up there. German 3rd League and Spanish 3rd League are divided up by regions which might be too hard for EA to do.

I would also like to mention that Ukrainian League, Peruvian League, Greek League, Uruguayan League, Chinese League, UAE League, Japanese League, Qatar League are really appealing, reachable, and reasonable as well

I have wanted it for such a long time or at least for Liga, Barcelona and Emelec to be in Rest of the world. I would be soooo happpyyyy

I had to settle for mods in the past on PC and it wouldnt be the same because I would have to do tones of editing to get it more realistic and accurate like the line up, ratings, positions etc

True, they should have at least those teams in "rest of world" and I don't see how we could be that far behind The Venezuelan league (fifplay votes) when every time I play online I hardly ever play against any Venezuelans (national team)

I know with PES it's different , you can download onto a memory stick and transfer to the game (teams, players) but I remember in the past (Fifa 12-13) playing against some dudes using Emelec , Bolivia (when they weren't in the game) so maybe there is some type of way to have those teams on Fifa (ps4, Xbox ect.)

I did it once a long time ago in PES on the 360, too much trouble and it didn't work online and I don't think it works for ps4 anyways,

Barcelona, Emelec, Liga, independiente del Valle are on Pro Evo. I'm sure you could buy previous years for dirt cheap and if you don't like them you always have a week to return them at gamestop.

Maybe it the number of players they have internationally that make people vote for them more and their larger populations.

Yea it is there are options files but it hard for people to upload the Ecuadorian league of PS3,4 or XBOX thats why I used PC I have found none so far for Fifa 16 for the PS4. And yea i think they started to take it away after 13.

I checked before buying the game (PES 16) if I could do it on ps4 and I found a website that showed me how to do it but like you said its seems kinda like a hassle to do! When downloaded (depending on what teams, players) and transferred to ps4 the teams and players look better than on Fifa and overall graphics

I'm still very upset with Ea/FIFA for not having certain players on the Ecuadorian national team and I update every week hoping to see them and nothing .. No Erazo (who starts almost every game if not sidelined with yellow card accumulation) no CAZARES, Antonio Valencia using number 15, Felipe Caicedo extremely slow, Enner using hypervenoms boots (always uses Mercurials) but yet certain players from other national teams have every every single updated shoes , Miller looks like some Hindu with the wrong hairstyle (only thing that's exact is his wrist bandage) and I WISH I could play against all the nations (not clubs) when I opt to play only against national teams most the time it's against MEXICO or the USMNT (boring)

Yup I had 2012 and 13 but never found a patch for the Ecuadorian League on Xbox 360 found tons for ps3 tho. Thing Is you can only play libertadores teams and no one else which Gets boring quick.

And like I said for the Ecuadorian League it rare to find. And tbh after pes 2013 the new game play and the drastic change in the rating system Made me not take pes serious anymore I have 2014 on pc but never play it some reserves player in independiente have 75 plus ratings which is way to high.

Ill take fifa mods with the Ecuadorian League over pes anyday

yea they shouldnt remove them if they Didnt get called for one game that stupid they Could just move them to reserves and yea EA editors dont ever really make our players well. I remember players like bagui and a couple of others looking like white guys out there.

Hey guys wanna see the best Liga de Quito team I ever made in Ultimate team. This was my favorite version of ultimate because it didnt have all that b.s. with contracts and managers and all that in this one you could get national team players in the packets and everything. By far may favorite Ultimate team I ever made. This is on FIFA 11 DS.

I was playing PES last night and completely forgot that there's a huuuuge roster to pick from for the national team(has to beat least 100 players). I don't think I was able to find a Walter Ayovi replacement. I also updated some names from the database.

I think I will go with FIFA this year.

I just recently Pes 2016 and all the review were true they did a really good job big improvement on gamplay graphics etc. I dont think ill buy FIFA 17 or PES 17 when it comes out unless the Ecuadorian League is included in FIFA. I have FIFa 16 and it ok but I felt like they could have done a better job like there wasn't enough time sorta rushed the developers. Only down side to PES if that not all the teams or players are licensed. Down side to FIFA the Brazil league was removed for what ever reason Erazo, Bolanos, and Cazares dont show up in the NT game play has dropped a little from Fifa 15. Women NT has unrealistic rankings and almost all the players are god awful slow. But this might improve over time in the next fifa. Like I said they probably rushed this one.

No more Copa Libertadores on PES17. Btw, I found a good option file (it only works with ps4) and it was really easy to update the teams, took me about 1 hour. If anybody wants the link pm me.
