Definitely. Not bad at all, considering it's a shit team, with shit owners like Puebla. I remember when Tecos painted the bleachers of El 3 de Marzo burgundy, and called it a "renovation" lol. Now, teams are really trying.
Can't tell if they renovated the seats because the stadium looks the same to me except the facade. I hope they did change the seats. If they truly want to renovate the stadium they'd fill in the gaps on the upper bowl.
Pumas needs a new stadium. I hope we are next on the list. The fans need some shade if we continue playing at 12pm. A smaller stadium where the fans are closer to the field would be nice.
