You can't tell when a guy is bs'ing? He's not a Ciro type that will come out and say "Mesa je zajebo sve sa taktikama, nek ide u pm..blah blah"...He is backing the coach because that's usually what most people will say out of respect. Of course since he's not interested in the job it makes it even easier for him to say these things.

I think he also defended Susic and claimed he should not have been fired

New manager - new leadership in the FA - ASAP.

They should all resign if they have any "obraz".

If they don't resign we have to make them leave the easy way.

If Mesa were to leave, who steps in... Barbarez with that Nalic guy as his assistant? I am all for that, because that Nalic guy also has knowledge on a lot of BiH talent in Sweden.

Yep and again coach's pretty much all back each other no matter how different in styles they have. They just see it the right thing to do. He would be a huge improvement over those 2 it's just that he has no emotional investment in our country and only big $$$ talks for him. Can't blame him though as those who get emotionally attached to anything get screwed. Just reality.

Yeah i just have no clue who comes in to replace him. Anyone good available? Someone mentioned maybe Mesa learns eventually to get this team going. Well ok but how long will that take? I don't know if i want to be watching another campaign like this in hopes this guy learns something. What was the story on foreign managers? They offered them too little i guess or didn't even bother with any of them?

If Mesa were to go, the next coach would be the one our RS Savez chooses, since it's their turn now. Probaly Milovan Rajevac like last time...

I remember people saying after Susic was fired that it was the RS turn to pick a coach and it needed up being Mesa, so I think @Randy Marsh has a point.

The Executive Committee pick the new national team coach. Now I don't remember exactly how many representatives each nationality has, but no one can be elected without the support of all three nationalities. The Serbs usually don't give a ********.

But I think Bazdarevic will stay anyway. Which is fair I guess.

Not that it will happen(for a few different reasons) but i'd bet anyone Jagodic would have gotten more than Mesa from these guys. I still remember back against Germany(in u-21) the game where we really we gave it to those guys. He had a solid core of players and he got most out of them. He's the type that doesn't take bs from players and doesn't look at who plays where. Basically a bit like Ciro where if you don't leave everything out on the field you don't play, simple as that. A guy like Medo, Zukanovic would rarely see the field under him because he wants you to fight hard for the ball, not just be like a ballerina out there. You can tell by some of the guys he recommended he knows quite a bit about talent. His last campaign didn't have much in terms of talent imo and so he couldn't do it with that roster.

As for Barbarez, it's just a waste imo, why give a guy who never coached before? I don't want to be missing more tournaments plus a few of our players have this buddy type relationship with Barbarez, you don't want that trust me.

Jagodic could be interesting as well. I remember every one wanted him out of the u-21 job, now that I look at it I want him back. lol

No way! We were calling for Jagodic's head when he was the coach of the under-21 side. Man you are guys are so inconsistent with your views.

heh. Any reasonable person should change their mind when new information is presented and evidence points to you being wrong. It's like saying to an extremist muslim person that they are wrong with their views and them saying no i was thinking this way for a long time and no way you'll change my mind. It's ok, being wrong isn't the end of the world, sticking to stupidity is much much worse.

I'm not saying Jagodic is a perfect coach i'm saying unless there is someone that much better i wouldn't mind giving him a shot because he can't do worse and he certainly has shown that with a good lineup he can accomplish more.

My bro is obsessed with FM(football manager) so i was curious to see some of the attributes each manager has.

We found out what most of us were thinking.

Halihodzic...Everything is great except his attacking apparently, which makes sense as he's more of a defensive minded coach.

Petkovic....Similar to Vahid but numbers are more balanced where both attacking and defending is decent instead of 1 high and 1 low. All other attributes quite good.

Jagodic....In some areas like discipline, man management, defending and fitness compared to Bazdarevic and Susic much higher. In fact both Susic and Bazdarevic have very low numbers for defending/fitness/discipline. Again something we saw and it's pretty accurate imo.

Susic/Bazdarevic...The reason i have them on the same level is because it's pretty much like that in FM. One guy isn't really that different from the other which again is what most of us on here thought.

For me it should be a foreign manager. Just look how it made smaller countries like Iceland and Albania improve.

Did we ever approach Felix Magath? Did he actually reject us?

I can see our players talking shit about the manager since he doesn't know the language. Bosnians at school and work come to mind.
