So we've finally got a new board. We've got a new management team in place and hopefully a new modern way of going about our business. I'm positive about the appointment of Warburton and Weir and they tick all the boxes in terms of modern managers. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jun/15/rangers-mark-warburton-new-direction To me the most important thing is going to be the attitude of changing and working through all the problems that will come up together. I suspect some of our fans might struggle with this. The club are going to have to get their PR correct. Something they have not done in the past. It looks like our first signing is going to be Rob Kiernan. Someone else will need to judge him as I know nothing about him at all. The final thing to do is to get rid of Mike Ashley. A horrible example of a human being. If we can drive him out over the next 6 months it would be fantastic.

Not much happening at the moment so lets look at the murky world of PR around Rangers! http://www.philmacgiollabhain.ie/ibrox-season-ticket-sales-and-the-emergence-of-a-sevco-samizdat/ https://billmcmurdo.wordpress.com/2015/06/11/bringing-the-law/ https://exposingtherhats.wordpress.com/ Motivation to write things like this is what I don't get.
So we've signed Foderingham. I don't know anything about him. We have Jordan Thompson on trial. 18 year old who was on Man U's books. We also have Andy Halliday on trial. He used to be at Rangers around 9 years ago. Since then he's been around quite a few English teams without doing anything really. Last at Bradford City.
Rangers board hold talks over potential supporter group merger http://www.heraldscotland.com/sport...er-potential-supporter-group-merger.131200415 This is actually really important. I hope it happens. To move forward everyone needs be working from the same agenda.
Jordan Thompson: Rangers sign former Man Utd youth player http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33540384 Another signing I don't know anything about to be honest.
Rangers sign James Tavernier and Martyn Waghorn from Wigan http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33598096 Another couple of young players I don't really know much about.
Well that was a bit of a surprise! What an enjoyable game it was Saturday. We were good. I think Hibs look decent as well. I suspect we are still a bit short of the top 6 or the SPFL so lots of work to do over the next 12 months. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/jul/25/mark-warburton-hibs-rangers-six On another note the odd behaviour and vitriol directed at Rangers for bidding for Allen is some of the biggest nonsense I've ever read. We're not doing anything different from any other club when bidding. For a player in the transfer window. It's a free market. For people to bring up morals is hilarious!
Interesting stuff. Another sign King is trying to clean up the mess left behind. http://news.stv.tv/west-central/132...reholders-from-having-say-on-key-club-issues/
More entertaining football from Rangers. Warburton seems to be getting his message through really quickly which is great. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33667209 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/scotland/33754654 In other news we've banned two journalist from Ibrox. I move I don't agree with. The standard of reporting in Scotland is pathetic though.
This could get interesting now. I wonder how far we are willing to go. And of course, there's Scott Allan ... Rangers are poised to make a fourth bid for him as English clubs join chase. http://t.co/AS6R0gXVlH— Edinburgh Evening News Sport (@edinburghsport) August 6, 2015
http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/aug/07/rangers-st-mirren-scottish-championship-match-report I love Friday night football and we were brilliant last night. I don't think I remember us trying to play football like this since the Little General days. I still think we are going to have to find a bit of balance next year in the way we play or improve the squad massively. But time to enjoy this and it's great to see the fans up for it again.
That performance was brilliant to watch. I love having the feel good factor back again and every moving the one direction. The one thing I wish people would ignore is the headlines. Is anyone really annoyed that Rangers players are showing nice skills?
Lots of chatter about that Oduwa flick, but I'm struggling to see who (other than the Alloa player) is annoyed by it. What's the issue?— Peter A Smith (@PeterAdamSmith) August 17, 2015 This sums it up. It's mischief by the red tops to sell papers. Nobody actually cares.
So he signed for Celtic. I'm not sure why people get so upset about stuff like this. He's probably secured his families future with this one move. He might get the chance of CL football. That does not come around often for Scottish footballers. So he a Rangers fan playing for Celtic. Big deal. It's 2015. People who have an issue with that are just showing themselves up for the idiots they are. Should be a sign to Rangers even though we are playing excellent football and everything is positive there is a long way to go to get above Celtic again. And that's the aim.
Looks like Rangers might be getting this young guy on loan. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gedion_Zelalem
This is quite a write up for him and Rangers. Why America's next top soccer star may have found the perfect fit in Rangers http://www.theguardian.com/football/2015/aug/19/gedion-zelalem-usa-soccer-star-arsenal-rangers
