Guys, these subs would never occur in a 1 x 0 game holding a tie. Don't overreact.

Of course. When has Dunga been up by two in a real competition this cycle? I'm sure if we looked back at the first.....

Yeah, that will be entertaining. If we survive Paraguay, we then get the winner.

But surely you have an attacking player on the bench? It's not as if this game was played at a massive tempo, either.

    You wound me. :D

Well, from threatened with shameful early elimination in group phase, to winning the group, we certainly had a come-back. Since no team is that great in Copa América this year, I'd say we are back in contention.

Douglas Costa. Yeah the change made no sense. But I truly doubt he does this in a "real" game. So that's why I am not really that pissed. If he does that's a different story.

He is the same guy that played 3 pure DM's away to Paraguay. I'm not surprised he did this.

That 2nd goal came from an excellent cross field pass from Alves to Luis to create the 1 x 1 with Willian @Mengão86 :ROFLMAO:

What team is impressive? Argentina? They haven't been that great, actually. Colombia? Thugs. Chile is at home, sure. Uruguay, unimpressive. Paraguay is not a push over with a good defense but they aren't brilliant either. Ultimately all these teams are quite mediocre, just like we are. It's up for grabs. With Neymar, of course, our chances would be a lot better, but even without him, we are back in contention. I didn't say we are favorites, but if we end up winning this, it wouldn't be a huge surprise. Not because of our merits, but because all teams are sort of at a similar low level.

We haven't seen anything brilliant, anywhere. Maybe the most brilliant play of this entire tournament was, guess what, David Luiz's bicycle kick. Second best, Neymar's assist against Peru. Both best plays of the tournament, by Brazilians.

Messi? So far he has only scored one PK goal.

Nah, there isn't any invincible team here. It's up for grabs.

Chile's attach has been great. One of their goals had 15 touches. Valdivia actually had 2 really good games.
