it's been 4 years, but second time I've had issues with a moderator. This wasn't as serious as the first (literally dude was a bigot about me being from S.America) but enough for me to know that this isn't the place for me. When people are trying to just act like internet bullies, talking down to you, making sarcastic comments, saying english is not your first language and any other derogatory ways to get under your skin. Instead of talking about the actual conversation on the topic. Then the moderator comes, gives them yellow cards but decides to chastise you on the forum (without handing me a yellow). Something is wrong. Worst of all I start a private conversation to tell him how unpleasant that was and I get treated like a boy with a reply of don't test my patience. Sorry that's too much for me, I don't let cops talk to me that way.. a moderator on a forum.. oh hell no.. later
After reading the first sentence, I thought.... "I haven't said anything recently about Fellipe Bastos or Diogo Silva, and Paulinho hasn't played on the Selecao in a year, so what did I do?" The only other thing I'd recommend you to do is to try PMing a Super Mod about your problem. You won't run to any sort of bias or prejudice with them. If you need my assistance, just PM me. Other than that, it's a shame to see you go. You could at least stick around and post on this portion of the forums. We need quality members here, and you are a quality member, despite any disagreements we've had.

I don't travel much beyond these walls on big soccer. When I first signed up I would just spend hours reading other forums and it was a good year or two before I even posted. The quality on the rest of the forum besides the Brazil forum and nsa sports/politics has drastically fallen off unless you are a big Mexico/ USA guy.
Guigs, As a person that have been on many forums and was once Global Moderator of Soccerway's forum...you come across all kinds of personalities. I do notice here some people can be abit over analyzing and nitpicking! I dealt with it myself from a moderator in here, but I never let that person chase me out of here!! Just continue to be you!! We are all different and that's what makes us so unique!! This forum would be so dull if we were the same!! You're not going anywhere and I predict that!!!
damn your prediction... My cousin and my brother in law keep asking me where I get all my soccer info from and I kept referring back to this place. So they're joining and I don't see it as fair for them to be here and know more than me about football... But yeah I'll be hanging out more on the familiar forums... Gets kind of old the whole Euro superiority when going around this place.
