Thats too complicated. Need a full XI. GK: Steffen RWB: Yedlin CB: Reyes CB: Miazga CB: Brooks LWB: Najar DM: Trapp DM: Pizarro CAM: Corona SS: Campbell CF: Agudelo Honestly a solid team. Pretty weak in the center of midfield, but good going forward and very good in the air.
Wasn't there an offer by PSV for Lozano a couple of days ago? ~€6.2m was the offer by the Dutch champions, iirc. Also, they sent one of their scouts to watch Salcedo too. Surely, those players are within CONCACAF's best youth players list.
That's Easy! The most promising young players are most from MExico **Hirving Lozano (PSV made an offer this week for 7 million dollars, but Pachuca rejected it, they want more..) **Jesus Corona (He has been one of the best young players in the Eredivise) **Joel Campell, he looks very promising and is going to be a headache for all the Concacaf teams **Erick Gutierrez is called to be the next "Hector Herrera" he has almost the same skills and vision and many European teams want him **Jurgen Damm with an European Passport and impressive skills is a matter of time that he would arrive to Europe. **Poncho Gonzalez alongside Fierro are a reality in our League and they are really good. **RAul Gudiño is a tremendous GK and he will be buy by Porto FC **The American/Croatian guy in my opinion is the "most" promising guy for the Gringos along with Carter Vickers (DF) **There is a Honduran guy at Santos... IDK much of him **Carlos Salcedo Has been playing really well and last matches we was scouted by a PSV agent **Canada has a lot of good Youngplayers too, but IDK them really well -There are many others, but in my opinion these are the most promising and they are based with FACTS and NO with Assumptions. (I Would agree Diego Reyes but he has not played much, same with others like Yedlin)
This is too hard to judge... But, Joel Campbell hasn't scored a goal for Villarreal not given an assist. He hasn't impressed me at all. Carlos Salcedo is a really good prospect and has several Euro scouts following him as of late. Rubio Rubin, Gudiño, Gama are good talents. Idk, hard list to compile.
Brooks, despite his clear faults, still has time to grow and learn as a player. No doubt he's up there among the best players under 23 from a CONCACAF nation (weird thing to say since no CONCACAF nation developed him but let's not get into that).
Every player has some sort of weakness From what I've seen from him, he has a tendency to lose his mark or gets caught ball watching
Don't bother. He's practically asked me this question 4-5 times and every time I say pretty much what you just said and then he never replies anymore.
You want a response? Okay, I'll give you one. Within the last year, you made a comment that you thought was apt, but really isn't. Its in my signature because of how ridiculous it is. It happens to us all. We are all wrong about certain players, but your insistence that he's a big clumsy guy who can't play is just downright wrong and is why I keep bringing this up. If you could just admit your mistake, we could all just move on from it, but you have kept at it. As for how he compares to other players that fit the criteria, Brooks has consistently played against a higher level of competition than any player that fits the criteria, except for Campbell. He's actually done well in a top five league, unlike Campbell who has been pretty disappointing. If you prefer your own players, just because they are your own players, thats your right, but anyone who says Brooks isn't in the top two or three of this question is not being objective.
@Overachiever @Richy_Rich. Here's some further proof that Brooks is one of the top 20 U-23(93's and later) CB's in the world. Rated the 9th best this season in this performance study for CB's '93 and later in Europe. http://www.football-observatory.com/IMG/pdf/wp110_eng.pdf
easy...... on this side of the atlantic....right there on the right!! including players in europe, Tecatito close thread
Can you give us a break down of how these rankings come about? I couldn't find anything through the link.
Yeah, I'm a bit skeptical about some of those rankings. Anderson over Neymar? Gomez and etc over Gotze? Jones over Varane? Veratti over Pogba? To name a few.
