    The persistent fouling is ridiculous.

All Fernandinho knows to do is foul. Such a terrible player.

He's not like that at City though. Blame Dunga and Felipao...

I'm praying that Rafinha starts more at Barça so he can play more for us.
The things I would do for Thiago Alcantara in yellow.

Good to see that when the going gets tough we are going to end up resorting to persistent fouling.

I hope we get called out by a ref at some point...hopefully in this CA. This has to be beaten out of our system.

We foul persistently when we can't control the midfield. The midfield needs a makeover.

To be fair, it is relatively early, with new players , in a friendly, towards the end of the European season. But for the love of God, keep Souza away.

The only positives I see was the defense was strong and the attack was decent with the likes of Willian and Firmino in. The midfield is pure garbage that could be because we rotated too much but the lack of Oscar was evident.
Keep anybody playing in Ukraine away from the NT. Souza was way out of his depth and Robinho is finished at this level IMO.

Basically yes. Jefferson was good too. Neymar did much of nothing but that's his game. It can be really frustrating to watch.

Not sure if Firmino is the real deal, but he definitely the best option we have.

When Robinho can't score against Chile, it's time to let him go :D

The only positive was the goal today. I'm afraid Dunga won't change the fouling. I'd like to believe this isn't due to our players, but due to Dunga and Felipão. Most of these players foul as much as they do at the club level.

Firmino, Neymar, Oscar, Silva, Danilo & Gustavo are the only automatic picks in this team.

Coutinho & Costa have both failed massively so Willian still holds onto that right spot until Lucas gets another chance.

Surely there's an alternative to Fernandinho, Elias and ****ing Souza right? Verratti, Thiago, Fabregas, Wilshere, Kroos, Modric etc we desperately lack this type of player.

I wonder why Dunga started with such a mixed team. Maybe he didn't want to show his hand to Chile right prior to CA.

Yeah I don't have much to say other than what was already said, defense was solid against a very offensive team, midfield was terrible, Shakhtar boys can go back to their freezer and stay there...

Either Lucas or Felipe Anderson (or both lol) need to be called instead of Douglas Costa. Also it's sickening to see our lack of ball playing CMFs, the best for now is Elias but we would kill to have have a Veratti with our shirt. Fernandinho is a foul machine, Souza didn't impress, Ramires is meh... I'd try to train Oscar there, he could develop into a Lampard-style of player, we could really use a player like that.

I was severely disappointed by Coutinho and (please don't shoot me) I believe the answer for our creative AMF is... LUCAS LIMA! I'm serious, I see the guy play every game, dude is a beast.

Our main problem right now is time and Dunga's declaration of "I won't be calling any players that I didn't call up to know" or something like that. Maybe, just maybe, Lucas still has a chance, since he got called, just didn't get tested... I'm sure Dunga isn't happy with Douglas Costa so he will have to step back out of his stubborness and make an exception, for our sake!

Anotehr name for the CMF is Lucas Silva. but I suppose it's a long term investment. He is still green , but he is exactly the kind of player we need RIGHT NOW... Dunno if I would take the risk, I know Dunga will not. Maybe Casemiro...? He is not doing badly at Porto and he evolved immensely from his São paulo's days.

Anyway, a great victory for us!

I didn't think it was a bad idea to give some guys playing time and see what they can offered. He probably messed up with the chemistry too much though.

    But again, lack of time.
