nope. I know what I said While being a Brooklyn kid I can't get behind NYCfc...BTW, where are they building the stadium?
just for continuity. He would be a STAR in the MLS. Has great qualities that would fit well (Speed, experience, skill on the wings/defense) and would make great money.
Dude, Red Bulls Stadium is impressive. Good franchise. Why is that 'cruel'? Just because you just had some new oil money pump into NYCFC or some other investment in Orlando? RB is a proven product. They also reached final four last year.
That's what I thought. Unless you're redesigning Flushing Meadows, Queens is gonna be tough (and please don't send a team to Far Rockaway). Brooklyn has no space where it can be commuter friendly.
Proven project? 20 years and only one MLS silverware! And don't act innocent with the money they got as they're run by an energy drinking company!
and to add to my last comments...Personality. He's fun to watch. Pepino, MLS draws big numbers. Bigger than what you get in Colombia when you average it out. MLS has grown immensely in the last 10 years alone. New stadiums. Better structure. It's a matter of time when it will all make more sense.
LOL...poison Energy drink at best! But come on, you're just riding on the coat tails of "NYC". That means nothing. You think they will beat the Galaxy or DC or NE any better than the Red Bulls can? Anyhow, back to Armero. I'm just saying, if he's thinking of going back to Brazil at 29, MLS would not be a horrible choice given his last couple years of headaches.
todavia no es una liga de nivel de jugadores de seleccion nacionales...............su infrestrucutrua sin duda es mejor que muchas, pero sigue siendo una liga de jugadores retirados y jugadores jovenes que rara vez trascienden
Wait ..I drive by flushing meadow park almost every day and I'm 10 minutes walking distance from the prk . I did see them building something huge and it looks like a stadium .... Wow that will be so sick if that's the nyc fc stadium .. Fingers crossed
Never mind i think they are just renovating the tennis stadium ... I think they are still searching for a place to build the stadium . They should build it somewhere in long island city or maspeth if anything .
His situation worries me. He already did great in Brazil so maybe to return to this country will be good for him especially when he barely play in Milan, but I don't understand how his agent couldn't find him another decent European team. Also, since he is the only natural proven LB in the NT (not including solutions like Zuñiga and Arias on the left flank), we are in deep trouble, unless Andrade will surprise us and Quiñones will start to show signs to be a NT material. I want him to move wherever he will get playing time to return his good form.
If he is going to Brazil might as well go to Nacional or Mexico Armero is done at the NT if he goes to Brazil. Dude didn't do that great there either. Udinese bought him because of how he did on the NT. Really hope a new LB pops Up this year as Armero hasn't really played since he left Udinese. They didn't like him at Napoli, Milan or West Ham
Napoli and milan ...........benitez and inzaghi............very particular coaches..... In udinese he was king of assists
Looks like there is another player I will be following in the Brazilian League. http://zeenews.india.com/sports/football/pablo-armero-cleared-to-join-flamengo-on-loan_1575288.html
Should we just give up on this guy? I mean, I find it very stupid that a key player in our squad can't learn how to settle at a single club.
He's looked really bad in our friendlies after the world cup . I think he should lose the starting spot and give other guys a shot at that positions . Even if it's a little bit limited , we have Andrade/Zuniga / mojica that can play LB , and we cAn also call up Brayan angulo and quinones again .
He was a stud at Udinese bows my mind They don't want him back. He is a free agent in the summer. Think his wages are the real problem he is at 1.5 million euro. I see him in Mexico soon
on one hand - at least he is extremely fresh, assuming he is keeping in shape during his time on the bench. i've been saying it for more than 2 years - if the guy could use his right foot, he would be up there with David Alaba, Ashley Cole, Marcelo etc.
