I think it was a combo of players retiring (Pelletier, Zizzi), returning to their teams after loans (Union players, Clesio), going to teams closer to home (Derschang) and likely making more $$ in NASL than USL (Bahner, Sylvestre) - not sure why Hardware stayed in USL and went to St. Louis. Looks like they signed Bermuda defender Dante Leverock.
