I have a bad feeling it's just 15% with 5% afterwards. The players may get free agency but the fans got little.

I wonder if the roster size got cut.

I can see that but you're only going to be at ~$4.8m cap by 2021 in that case. That would suck.

Cap should be that high, but tweets I'm seeing are much much lower. 15% increase, putting it near 3.5M. Also 7 yr deal.

If Jardy is correct and the deal functions like the 2010 deal this is what the Cap and Mins should look over the next 7 years.

    2015: 3,565,000
    60,000
    2016: 3,743,250
    63,000
    2017: 3,930,412
    66,150
    2018: 4,126,932
    69,457
    2019: 4,333,278
    72, 929
    2020: 4,549,941
    76,575
    2021: 4,777,438
    80,403

And Free Agency...This is a big win for the players.

No matter how long I stare at this I can't for the life of me figure out what is going on.

And why do I always read Julie Stewart-Binks as Julie Stewart-Bikinis (I kid you not)

Where have you seen anything about free agency?

In 2010 it was 10% immediate and 5% per year

Have you not been paying attention? All the 32/10, 28/8 and 27/7 over the last two days.

"Oh no! Terrible new just in... Jozy Altidore apparently attempted a close range high five with Todd Dunivant, inexplicably missed and fell out of the window... horrible scenes here. Alan Gordon trying to apply CPR. As usual, he's a bit slow and his coordination is a bit off. Steven Lenhart going on instinct, informing the arriving paramedics that he never touched Altidore and that it was a dive.

    Tweets immediately coming in:

Michael Bradley: Thoughts with the Altidore family this evening. Hang on in there bud.
Don Garber: Terrible end to a day of triumphant CBA negotiations. Get well soon Jozy!
Jurgen Klinsmann: Anybody in the Bundesliga regional leagues or above, eligible to play forward for the USA, tweet me back

More new as we get it..."

These numbers don't justify a 7 year deal without full free agency...

I think he means the players on 7 teams.
