I voted in this poll for Brazil, but if you make it under 25 I'll take Germany.

    Under 25 I'll rank it:
    Germany
    Brazil
    Spain
    Belgium
    England

England over France? Pogba and Varane are far better than anyone listed for England.

    Joao Mario 22 (Sporting)
    William Carvalho 22 (Sporting)
    Bernardo Silva 20 (Monaco)
    Marcos Lopes 19 (Lille)
    Tiago Ilori 21 (Bordeaux)
    Bruma 20 (Galatasary)
    Ruben Neves 17 (Porto)

I know the Bigsoccer unwritten rule is to never say anything positive about Portugal or Portuguese football, but all these guys, plus some others, have a real possibility of being better than half the guys on this list.

    Now I'd say Italy:

Verratti, Benassi, Baselli, Rugani, Romagnoli, Zappacosta, Berardi, Bernardeschi, Belotti, De Sciglio, Locatelli, Donnarumma, Calabria, Cataldi, Sturaro, Sensi, Mandragora, Politano, Perin, Pellegrini, and Mazzitelli,

That's short sighted. He was excellent for Mainz, a few bad games for Liverpool doesn't change that.

I suppose you could replace him with Horn on current form.
