A lot of criticisms for the main logo, but I like the team-centric versions. Makes for a nice avatar.

While people hate change, the ball and cleat design straight from the 90s did not suggest "modern high quality league."

The real logo has no signal blue...which is a pretty big oversight.

WVU beat me to the punch, but I was able to put these two together. Also thought the absence of signal blue was a huge miss.

Make the letters in the upper left quadrant navy blue on the first one and I think you have a winner.

I thought Snakey looked too small if I tried to fit his whole body in the tiny "window to the soccer world" part of the crest.

Hate to double post, but I did this one for fun.

Did anyone happen to get an extra growth chart from the giveaway the other night that they might want to part with?

My bad. You are right Matt. I just assumed they were growth charts, I never actually saw them.

Haven't seen anyone mention this yet. I can seek the marketing plan now:

Sad that your Union lost the US Open Cup? Don't be! Because now, as part of this limited offer, you can purchase your very own Union cup! Sure, it's made of plastic, but for all of US out there, there is an Open(ing) at the top of this Cup. And, it's better than the US Open Cup because you can drink out of this cup! Remember the free plastic cup that we gave away before an Open Cup game in 2012? So do we! And, we've brought it back. But now, we're charging $10 for it! And, we're calling it a mug! Act now because supplies are limited.

    Miscellaneous Item Information
    [IMG]U-TOBERFEST UNION MUG
The U-TOBERFEST Union plastic mug will be available for pickup at the October 2nd match vs. Chicago at the Ticket Services Table behind Section 112. We will NOT mail mugs prior to the match. If you have any questions please contact Fan Services at (877-218-6466 or fanservices@philadelphiaunion.com)

Please enter the number of items you would like then click the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your order.

I think it at least lights up. So that's something. Still it should come filled with Hurricane for $10 and would have made more sense for Mardi Gras rather than Oktoberfest.

It looks similar to the one posted elsewhere. Although I think the Union crest is moved on this one.
