Don't tell me you expect Tawoon to beat Nassar ... :)

I think the league was decided after Hilal's defeat vs. Shabab, but the derby mattered a lot to Hilal and Sami in particular as it's the 3rd one after 2 straight losses and an unconvincing performance throughout the season. Let's how this game reflects on Hilal's Asian campaign.

@hammad_friend - I was just correcting your facts. As a matter of fact , I even dont expect Shabab and Ittihad to beat Nasser.. But atleast expect any one of them to hold nasser for a draw...
@Aimar - The league was decided when Nasser made the signings at the start of the league and most of the top flight teams getting startted with new coach . All n all Nasser has taken this years initiative of taking advanatage of the there rivals problem and winning the league easily like wise Fateh did last year.

The relegation battle looks much, much more interesting than the one on the top positions. Only 1 point separates the 13th Alraed (24 points) from the 7th Afateh (25 points) with only 3 games to go!

    Next round matches:

    Sat22/03/14Al Raed20 : 25Al Taawon
    Al Nahdha20 : 25Al Orubah
    Al Faisaly20 : 25Najran

    Sun23/03/14Al Nassr20 : 25Al Ittihad
    Al Hilal20 : 25Al Shoalah
    Al Ahli20 : 25Al Shabab
    Al Fateh20 : 25Al Ittifaq

I might pick Fateh vs. Ittifaq to watch, any other suggestions?

It's more interesting to watch the relegation battle than the title... I think Ettifaq is in very dangerous position at the moment and they might turn last match lucky to survive the league otherwise, there fate will be same as Qadisiya.

Do you think he will be an exception and manage the team for the next full season?

One thing is an advantage that he knows the players as olympic team coach before and rest is history...I was quite sure Verzari wont be able to sustain long and it happened...I want this season to get end soon very soon...

    Nasser Vs Ittihad today...

Nasser fans will be hoping to avoid upset and throw away the league after much dominance. Ittihad squad is also 100% fit with only Osamah still out injured. Koroni can use the best squad as a preparation for remaining ACL and Kings Cup matches and Nasser as usual will be making complaints to the FA and piling up the pressure..

Hijazzey is still around? Now we need to convince Sayf to come back and get the old crew together again.

But yeah, I miss New Zealand. Beautiful place.

    And to keep this on-topic:

Congrats to Al Nasr for winning the double! A lot of my relatives are Nassrawis so I'm happy for them.

NOW DON'T EMBARRASS US IN THE ACL!

You got Shabab right. Anyhow, congratulations to Al Nasr, hope they have a good showing in ACL as well.
As for Al Hilal, they have to concentrate on ACL now and the Kings Cup.

As for Nassser , they are beggining to screw now.. Carreno wont be there with them for next season and we cant say how good will be the new coach...
BTW, some report say Ittihad can be relegated due to piled up complaints against them...

Frankly....I think a retarded monkey could lead Al Nasr to the title with the talent they have in their side. Hell, a really good coach could take the Nasr second string and win the league.

I really hated Carreno's 4-4-2 with TWO DMs in the middle approach to the game.

Agreed, Its such a disaster to see one of the top notch club which have been serious title contenders on many occasions to be relegated. hopefully, they will come back strong next year. How many teams got relegated this year?
