The guy is a disaster. So much promise... so much wasted talent.

Guys a legend, should have become one of the best players to ever play in our shirt.

This was enough for him though I guess

He's been out of work since May?? Not much on him leaving.....but he's to good to just stop, hopefully a big club saves him but I guess he needs to save himself first at this point.

One of the most gifted of all time sliding away into obscurity :( "the special one" really had a big part to do in his downfall

Ya, joining Mourinho's Inter was the beginning of the end.

Unfortunate..at the time it seemed like a great fit..mourinho man management reigning in Quaresma's attitude.

I cant really see him going back to Sporting. His salary demands may be more that Sporting traditionally agrees to but he may be a good fit for Porto as long as his salary demands are not to stupid. Maybe that is why he does not have a team yet. Maybe he is holding out for big money to a big team. He is in for a world of hurt if that is the case. IMO, the best he can wish for at this point in his carreer is maybe come back to Porto, keep his mouth shut, play well and maybe, just maybe get a chance to play in Spain for a middle of the pack team.

I wonder what it'll be like to be an old man looking back on life and thinking "Damn, if I wasn't such a f*cking idiot I could have been one of the greats".

Then again, he still has a Champions League medal lol

If Ricardo Quaresma could put his ego aside, accept Ronaldo as his superior, decide he wants to make one last run as a professional and put more into his career then he ever has done before and keep his mouth shut. He will tell his agent he will take a drastic pay cut and join a mid level team in any of the big 6 leagues (no Turkey or Russia nonsense)

But knowing him, he still has some money and will be glad to blow it and the last good years of his pro career.

It's a shame. So much talent so little desire. Story of his life.

He's not going to take a massive pay cut in the last years of his career for a long shot that frankly has very little chance of succeeding. I don't blame him, his time has passed.

Maybe that is why he has no team at this time. Maybe he salary demands are too much.

So, he rather not play and not make any money. At the moment that's what it looks like and he deserves to be an afterthought. He and Dani can dream about what they threw away.
