Just curious here, what are some of the boots you have ever played in? I'll start..

Hypervenom Phantom; given to me by a friend due to the Nike connect, kinda skeptical at first but the upper was surprising, the definition of second skin, and surprisingly accommodated well to my wide feet.

    Anyone else?

I think you accidentally a word?

Played my first game in the Hypervenoms yesterday - was very pleased with how they held up after a couple of hours break-in. Super-waterproof, too.

Looks like Adidas is coming up/releasing a boot concept similar to that of Nike's newly released CR7 Galaxy vapor boots, am I right? Both seem to evolve around the "night" concept.

A bit similar for sure. It looks like the Nike check on the CR7 model is reflective, similar to what Adidas is going to do. But of course Lotto beat them all to the punch.

I guess reflective is the new black?

speciali is hands down better. the flights are rubbish despite what people say on here. all take downs are rubbish, the flights are just slightly less rubbish than the rest. the speciali is a very comfy boot, i would pick that over an far less comfy take down.

I have two of the last 3 speciali and the flights. I certainly wouldn't call the flights 'rubbish', far from it. I got them in AG for training and they aren't any less comfortable than my tiempo iv elite. Great fit and a nice soft upper.

And you have played in Flights? I have them with AG soleplate and they feel very comfy on feet. I haven't played in them yet, and I'm buying the Specialis or Flights with FG sole for grass.

Played in Flights FG and AG... AG is, by far, better than FG...
Really not impressed with the Flight FG...

So I've been a massive boot geek for about 16 years and have always prided my self on taking really good care of them. I almost always clean my boots first thing after training/match but with the excitement of going on my honeymoon I left my tiempo flights in the bag. When I pulled them out on return, to my horror there was a tiny bit of mould on them! I instantly cleaned them, dubbin and all and used them the next day. They were absolutely soaking after a game on 3G so I stuffed them with news paper and put them by the door. Next day they were literally covered in mould! I cleaned them once dry and applied Vaseline, only to find more mould on them a couple days later. I've cleaned and applied dubbin but what I want to know is is this going to keep happening and does anyone know how to stop it returning. I've never experienced mould on any of my boots ever!

    Thanks in advance!
