Born and raised in Zvornik. Father's family is from Zvornik. Mother's family is from a village north of the city, near Janja. However, much of her family moved to Tuzla in the 1950s, thus I have a huge extended family there.
Mom/Dad are from Rogatica. Brother/Sister were born in Sarajevo. I was born in Gorazde. But mostly grew up in Sarajevo after the war. Dad was a cop there for 15 years. We have some badass pictures of his police days.
I am from Tomislavgrad. Emir Dilaver is from Tomislavgrad. He is my 3rd cousin. Never knew him cause we were worlds separated. But happy for him. My moms maiden name was Dilaver.
Well, I'd like to make it clear for everyone but then I said, no better don't start anything so you did and you deserve a rep for that post.
Even though he's trying to troll, he kind of screwed himself over by posting this in the 'What part of Bosnia-Herzegovina is your family from' thread... Which is basically him admitting that BiH is a country and Banja Luka is a city in it... Bad troll
Where does it say "country of" in the thread title? It could be a region or area just like Texas in America. My home, Livno, Herceg-Bosna
Its a forum that welcomes everybody who posts within the rules as far as I understand. Geez, some of you act like the politicians in BiH that want the Croat people gone from BiH.
Well we dont welcome idiots who come on here and attempt to stir shit up. Leave while you can still post on this website.
And just like that, we politicized the "where are you from" thread. It's a beautiful country, populated by all kinds of crazy people.
As someone who's been to Bratunac many times, it's not really a city. It's not really that beautiful. Typical Bosnian small town with one major road.
Bratunac is pretty shitty, my grandparents and parents houses are there, currently renting them to Serbs who are always late paying the rent
