Well just be aware that it is today full of Serbs and plenty of them have chetnik attitudes; there used to be over 6,000 Bosniaks but all left or were driven out. Bosniaks going on vacation should have no problem though.

They rebuilt the Osman-pasha mosque after idiots burned it down in 1993. It was built in 1719.

    Yeah, true.

I'm hoping cities like Trebinje, Zvornik, Prijedor etc. will follow too and eventually, Banja Luka of course. Which i think will most likely happen in the next decades.

I heard that the population of Serbia is decreasing around 10 to 50000 every year. Every year a village becomes a ghosttown. There are even reported cases of villages where the youngest inhabitant is around 45 yrs old and not married lol. I reckon the same thing is happening in the RS. Most of the youngsters leave their homes to study or work in Serbia because it's very hard to find a job in the RS nowadays with the current economical sitiation.

Trebinje was always considered one of the prettiest places in BiH. The others were Pocitelj, Blagaj, Mostar, Jajce, Stolac, Sarajevo and a few others. Generally people think Mostar is #1. Herzegovina in general is very beautiful, but a lot rougher and less green then most of the Bosna region. Plus the heat is murder for anyone who isn't from there. That's one of the reason more Sandzaklije and other Bosniaks don't settle in Herzegovina, but mostly in Sarajevo and Bosna.

As for returnees.... they are virtually non-existent in Trebinje. Most of Eastern Herzeogovina is the same story. Western Herzegovina is doing better.

How do the citizens of Novi Pazar look up to Bosnia? Do they see it as their home or just as a country they're related from?

I know that more and more Sandzaklijas choose to rep the country they're born thus ignoring where they got their culture and mostly religion got from.

Pazarci typically only care about Sandzak and treat the region as their identity.. that goes for most Sandzaklije in Sandzak. They like Bosnia love Turkey (almost every Sandzaklija has at least one family member somewhere in Turkey) and have a disdain for Serbia. If you asked anyone on the street which country they prefer.. Bosnia, Serbia, or Montenegro, most will say Bosnia.

I see, i don't think it's a good thing. In my opinion, they should do more economical, social and political business with eachother. Strengthen yourself better against the Serbs, become more independent on your own.
