This all stands, but the war comment was unneccesary.

If true I am pretty happy.

Isco will be coming in and you know he will be playing on the wings. Also Navas is being lined up as well for wing play. This would mean that Sinclair would stay most likely as well.

Mancini's gone and RM might lose Ronaldo and Higuain which would open the doors to Aguero and Tevez might go to Monacco which would allow City to bring in Cavani.

    Crazy huh?

If Cavani comes in he will probably be picked over Dzeko and then what? He still wont be a regular starter. At least with Tevez, him and Dzeko can play well together as a duo.

He said the same thing when Dzeko was being linked with City. Irfan kept saying "Dzeko has a contract with Wolfsburg", "Dzeko is happy at wolfsburg", blah blah blah

I think Cavani would be a better partner than Tevez. Not only that but having two strikers instead of 3 will give Edin more games to play.

I was under the impression that Tevez is a more creative second striker and that Cavani is basically like Dzeko. But maybe you're right and it would work and yes, two strikers in the team would be better than 3 but we're only speculating that Aguero and Tevez will actually leave.

Cavani is the name on everyones lips right while Dzeko's rep has cooled off a lot so I'm worried he would be pushed out by Cavani.

In 35 games, Isco managed only 1 assist. He's one of the most selfish attacking mids / wingers in the world. This is very bad news for Dzeko if true.

Of course, Edin shouldn't go to a team or stick with a team if it's going to be crowded in the front. What I do admire about Edin is that he has stuck with City and gotten some good stats. What I don't like about him anymore is that his mood starts to take a hold of him a bit more. He's a bit more pampered and stuff.

Something tells me you haven't experienced the war in Bosnia yourself. I experienced it firsthand when I was around 4-5 yrs old, and these days nothing fazes me anymore.

You remember how selfish Adam Johnson was for City and how he would never cross the ball from the wings? This guy is even worse, and I know because I've watched him play a couple times.

I could see Dzeko with Cavani up front and Tevez behind them, if aguero leaves and tevez stays, Pellegrini likes to attack and use the 4-3-1-2 formations and 4-2-3-1

    ----------Dzeko--------Cavani
    ------------------Tevez--------
    Sliva---------------------------------Milner
    ---------------Toure----------------

or if aguero stays and Tevez leaves

    ----------------Dzeko---------------
    ---Aguero------------------Cavani

Just looked at some Isco clips. The kid has immense talent. But I don't know how well that will translate to the EPL.

I do love the off season just because of where so many players get sold or get transfered.

So, after all the warning about no personal comments in this thread, you go and make the worst personal assumption in order to discredit another member in a football discussion. Real classy. I don't see how this is any better than what s7kru did to anticule when he brought up war experiences into the argument for no reason.

Please explain to me how does Dzeko playing football as a small child during the war has ANYTHING to do with Aguero having injuries and going through a divorce during his Man City season. Was anyone comparing these two things? How is that an appropriate analogy? Was Dzeko playing for a giant professional club at age 7? During the war? People were simply mentioning the factors that affected Aguero's season. That's it. Did the Bosnian War affect Edin's 2012/2013 season? Was Edin dodging grenades at the Etihad in 2013? Of course war is worse than divorce but how is this comment even REMOTELY useful in this conversation about football in 2013?

And aight, I'll bite. To answer your stupid assumption, yes, I experienced the war and I was Dzeko's age, older than you. I lived in BiH throughout the entire war and left in 1996 for completely unrelated reasons. We didn't leave during the war even though my family was cleansed from our home by drunk Montenegrin chetniks, which I assure you are even more brutal than your domestic Bosnian variety.

That satisfy you? Is my opinion on football more worthy now?

I was responding to Cook's statement that Aguero was going through a divorce and if Dzeko went through the same he would hide and cower and wouldn't be able to play. All I was doing was reminding people that Dzeko's not that kind of guy.. he's commented numerous times that the war has made him stronger, braver, and more determined.

I think you're overreacting. What I said is nowhere near what that ****** s7kru said to anticule. He was insulting Bosnian war victims, while I was saying war has made Dzeko stronger. Equating these two and even saying my statement is worse is very offensive to me and offensive to all other Bosnians that have family members affected by the war. That was uncalled for, but sorry about your experiences during the war nonetheless.

Aguero's injuries and divorce were mentioned as some of the reasons he may have not preformed as well this season. Obviously divorcing your wife will distract you a little. But anyway, a war that happened 20 years ago doesn't have shit to do with why Dzeko may not have preformed as well this season. We were all talking about the present, while you are talking about the guy's childhood. A useless comparison. Get it?

Wait, wait, wait, let me get this straight. You make an overzealous offensive assumption about me for no reason -- and then you accuse me of offending you? Damn dawg, you sly.

What did I just say above in my previous post? Did you misunderstand or are you deliberately acting simple? I compared you to s7kru for making personal war related comments and assumptions about another member in an unrelated football discussion. Not because you said "war made Dzeko stronger". How could I possibly compare you with s7kru for that? Lol
