I miss it! Anyone got a copy they can send? Dan Ryazansky doesn't even have it (other than on a computer that's in storage) so any help would be appreciated!
I have not been able to find WoSoMan either, but I might have it on my old computer in the garage. I did find a working link for mlsm, the free MLS version of WoSoMan: http://www.geocities.com/stattonet/match.html
PFSIHK, I cannot tell you how long i've been looking for this game. I had a copy on a floppy disk that got destroyed a few years back...would you be able to e-mail me the game?
I'd love a copy of either WOSOMAN or MLSM if anyone cares to share. pooch11@gmail.com Thanks in advance..really appreciate it.
Hey could I also get a copy of wosoman? Email me at gtab(at)vt(dot)edu. Also for those that are still looking for that simple management style experience. I just finished a wosoman-like game called American Riotball League Manager. I'm not going to lie and say that wosoman was'nt my inspiration. In fact ever since I started playing, I became obsessed. I even asked Dan Ryazansky himself several times to either continue the project or make it open source. Hopefully my game ARLM can gain a similar following so pass it on to your friends or at least check it out. The website to download it is http://gre.gg/software
Offer still stands...send me your email and I will send it to you. Just realize, I am bad about checking my email here. Be patient. GTA I am going to check your game out. I have been growing tired of editing WOSOMAN.
Can someone send me the game? I had it many years ago but don't anymore. Email is melvin.gumz@gmail.com
I have a copy of the game; PM me. Also, if anyone has a copy of Dan Ryazansky's hockey game (World Hockey Manager), please let me know.
OK...so I had a wil hair up my arse recently and started updating the game. One, I added teams (based on real life teams and colors) so all leagues have the correct amount of teams and no blank teams if you max out. Second, I started going down the USMNT and adding players to their real life teams, when possible, or adding them to another team. Like Jozy Altidore. I also started giving them more reasonable ratings versus Dan's. That is still a work in progress. Last, I am thinking of doing the same with MLS. Depends onn how froggy I feel...I guess.
I've lost the version I had. Can anyone send me Wosoman, MLSM or both. My email is neco915@yahoo.com. Thanks in advance!!
Yes. Sorry, I do not check the board much anymore. Anyways, I had an itch recently and updated the game in line with what I had done previously (e.g. teams not players). -I tried finding a decompiler to see if I could tweak it a little bit and set it up similar to today (MLS). -The teams are pretty accurate. Logos and colors should be upto date. Took creative liberties with MLS added the 20th team (Cosmos). Filled out the foreign leagues to be 20 and 24 teams except for Germany. Filled the holes with actual teams or historical ones. Have not tried to crack the nut on adding pictures for foreign teams. -Please Note: The Wosoman is an 8bit(?) game. I am currently running a 64bit system which is problematic. Even with compatibility mode, it would not run. I have a VMWare Player with an XP image and it runs beautifully. Anyways, send me a message with your email and I will send it. Necos yours is on its way.
Does anyone still have WoSoMan or MLSM, from Dan Ryazansky? If so, could you please send all versions to: Jacob_W_Klein@msn.com Thanks, Jacob
