Official: It's been a while, but Denis Laktionov (aka Lee Seong-Nam) is officially a Gangwon FC player. Hopefully he is still in shape. (Unlike Ahn Jung-Hwan) He will play with the name 데니스. *Note - He gotten a lot darker since his Seongnam days and his blond hair is gone too. Rumors: Former Chunnam Dragons' Kim Tae-Ryoong, who is currently a SBS ESPN commentator, said on Twitter that a Spanish national team player was in talk with a K-League team. Fans were speculating that it would Daniel Guiza. (Plays for Getafe) This rumor was posted 2-3 weeks ago. I wonder what happened.
Lee Keun-Ho has submitted his application for Police Football Club. Due to Sangju Sangmu's decision to compete in the amateur league, alot of the footballers including Lee Keun-Ho submitted their forms to the Police squad rather than Sangmu. Oh Beom-Suk and Yang Sang-Min also submitted their applications. http://news.donga.com/Sports/Foot/3/0510/20120915/49423079/5
Choi Hyo Jin and Kim Chi Woo are back with Seoul while Kim Du Hyeon is back with Suwon. Wonder what will happen at RB now that KYH and CHJ are both there.
I was talking about Seoul actually. As for the NT, I'm excited to see how well Kim Chang Soo does on the senior level but he'll probably do well. As for Shin Kwang-Hoon, another one of those "on the cusp" players for the past couple of years.... good thing he's still young. Anyways, Lee Bum Young said that he is seriously exploring the option of playing in Europe. I hope to see JSR/KSK/LBY play in a bigger stage at some point in the next five years....
Who is KSK? Edit: I'm guessing Kim Seung-Gi. I doubt he'll play in Europe with military obligation still hanging over his head. 2nd Edit: Kim Seung-Gyu**
Lee Chun-Soo was seen playing with a amateur college team in Korea. He had offers to move to the Middle East or Australia, but he declined saying that he wants to play in Korea.
I think someone told me LCS will be allowed to play in the K-League 2 next season but not K-League. Or at least this was discussed. But don't take this seriously because it's just a rumor and I very much doubt it's real.
Kim Ki-Hee is loaned out to Qatar's Al-Sailiya for one year. Daegu gets good cash from it... http://sports.donga.com/3/all/20120923/49619276/3
Due to Sangju Sangmu being confirmed as a second division team next year, all the players have traded their applications from Police Agency to Sangju Sangmu. The notable players who have put in their applications are: -Lee Keun-Ho -Ha Tae-Kyun -Lee Yong-Rae -Lee Jae-Seong -Lee Ho -Lee Seung-Hyun -Kim Dong-Chan -Jung Hoon -Kim Min-Shik -Kim Jin-Kyu Around 60 people overall. Only 13-15 players will be picked. The final list will be announce in November 20th. http://sports.chosun.com/news/ntype.htm?id=201209280100194940016143&servicedate=20120927 I always thought Lee Yong-Rae was exempt...I guess not.
Two unknown K-league clubs have shown interest in Jong Tae-Se, reports SportalKorea. http://www.sportalkorea.com/news/view.php?gisa_uniq=2012103115135843§ion_code=10&key=&field= He has already announced that he will leave Koln.
Anywhere in the Bundesliga, 2.Bundesliga, K-League or J.League would be better than playing for Koln.
Well it looks like CSKA Sofia (Bulgarian club/Zicu's former club) and Steaua Bucuresti (Romanian club) are interested in getting Ianis Zicu. It will be pretty sad if he leaves. He has done so well for Gangwon ever since his loan from Pohang. http://www.ziare.com/steaua/gigi-be...cut-rost-urgent-de-3-milioane-de-euro-1198580
Several new sites are confirming that he has received interest from Suwon and Ulsan. http://news.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2012/11/02/2012110201825.html http://www.mydaily.co.kr/news/read.html?newsid=201211021542242233&ext=na http://www.mt.co.kr/view/mtview.php?type=1&no=2012110216520000030&outlink=1
Jong Tae-Se to Suwon Bluewings is on again. It seems like his agent met Suwon again with negotiations still going. He seems willing to lower his wage and transfer fees (although its still alot) which has been the major obstacle to his transfer. http://sports.media.daum.net/soccer...id=1027&newsid=20121119060805599&p=sportskhan
