Well, the rumors on the spanish sites were that the deal was imminent but we've gone through most of the European day without any confirmation. I am figuring that CV is probably low on PCY's list, and on Arsenal's financial desires such that if CV were all thats left, that the deal would be done by now. I imagine they're just the safety at this point.
u da man LCY http://news.naver.com/sports/index....&mod=read&office_id=139&article_id=0001987933 He says something to the effect of, PJY is the best striker in Korea and he can bring honor to the country through football. He is hard to replace on the KNT. He led the Korean team in hard times. He is a player of a different class. His presence on the field is different from that you get outside the field. His presence is just as big as PJS's. A player of his class is always necessary for the national team.
It's good to see his teammates speaking up for him. Kim BK is planning a little revenge on C Bellamy on behalf of PCY. I saw the replay after the game. How dare he slap Chu Young hyung's head. Chu Young hyung was our spiritual captain. He taught us a lot and every word he spoke was an inspiration. He doesn't smile a lot in front of reporters but with us, he will do anything to lift our spirits. He is also wickedly good at imitating Coach Park Gun Ha and Coach Ikeda. I plan to be friendly with Bellamy since we are playing together. But when Bellamy celebrates after scoring, I'm going to sneak up on him and give him a little tap on the head for Chu Young hyung. (This I want to see. ) http://news.naver.com/sports/index....&mod=read&office_id=241&article_id=0002095668
PJY-LCY partnership is amazing as well. Was watching the WC2010 again this summer and remembered how good it was. Even when LCY's form was dwindling from exhaustion, they were perfect together. They always know what runs the other is going to make.
It seems like Celta Vigo probably won't be able to get PJY. I have a feeling PJY wants to stay in England and is trying to negotiate a move to Fulham. Anyone care to enlighten me about Fulham's attacking options and Martin Jol's style of play?
I read that Dembele might be sold but it seems like Ruiz has been playing well in the hole. Petric is extremely injury prone so one can hope, although hope is always a very dangerous thing I was mostly wondering about Fulham style of play under Jol and Jol's tendencies as a manager such as rotation and preferences in his players....
Jol has used the 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1 and the 4-4-1-1... But discussing Fulham is probably moot as they might buy Gomis this week...
IDK, I don't think there was any malicious intent or disrespect on Bellamy's part. He was trying to get his attention but PJY didn't see/hear. It reminded me of those funny gifs that were posted here awhile back when someone offered their hand for a shake but was left awkwardly hanging when the other guy didn't see the gesture.
I think petric and PCY would be a neat combo if they both stayed healthy. But given teams like Norwich entering the plot, I imagine it will be a more marginal side.
